Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
Originally built in 1912 this renovated, downtown house is walking distance to Mile High Stadium. Close to LoDo, the Convention Center, Coors Field, Denver Zoo, Aquarium, Union Station, Pepsi Center, lots of breweries, and both the Art Museum and the Museum of Natural History.

If you are looking for space and want to be close to the heart of Denver, then this is the place.

The space
Includes 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, multiple living rooms, and the ability to sleep 16 comfortably and 20 with tight quarters, a large 2nd story patio and backyard, and many full size arcade games. All races, religions, and LGTBQ are welcome here!

This house is in the heart of Denver so expect City noise.

There is only street parking and it can be difficult to find as two single family homes on the block were recently replaced with condos and an apartment building.

Guest access
You have access to everything!

Other things to note
We are 420-friendly. There is a stash box for your convenience for this purpose. Please no smoking cigarettes in the house!

Large groups are welcome, such as Bachelor/Bachelorettes, Reunions, Fantasy Football Drafts, or anyone looking to take advantage of all Denver has to offer. If this includes you just give us a heads-up so we can give recommendations and help make your stay perfect.

Neighborhood highlights

Located next to Viking park in the Highlands area there are a ton of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Both Zuni St and Little Machine breweries are just down the block and are great places to enjoy a freshly brewed beer while checking out the local food truck.

For breakfast check out Sassafras ( call ahead as they fill up quickly), for lunch my favorite spot is Snarf's Sandwiches or Federal Bar and Grill. There are so many dinner restaurants it's hard to choose! Uncle for picture worthy ramen, Patzquaro's Mexican food, Sexy Pizza, Highland Tap and Burger, Wynkoop Brewing and Restaurant, or Williams and Graham (a cool speakeasy) which was rated the #1 cocktail bar in the country in 2016. It's also a quick 5 minute drive to downtown for great shopping during the day and great breweries, bars and clubs for a night out.

The house is located close to both I-25 ( the main highway through Denver) and I-70 (the highway to the mountains) and is a great location to spend the night in Denver before or after a trip to the mountains for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or rafting. We are only 30-45 minutes to Idaho Springs!

We are also a quick 5 minute drive to Coors Field (The Rockies), the Pepsi Center (the Avalanche and the Nuggets), and Mile High (the Broncos), MeowWolf, and Elitch Gardens (formerly 6 flags).

The Convention Center, and Lower Downtown are also very close by if you are here for work.
