Beautiful, contemporary home on the Merrimack River with gorgeous river views. Open concept home with a chef's kitchen. Living room features a gas fireplace, which is loved by guests. I am the owner of Furnished Solutions of Manchester.
The beautiful kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you need to cook a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal. We supply the kitchen inspiration, you supply the food! Feel free to use our cabinet full of spices and condiments in the fridge.
Living room features a gas fireplace (in use from October - April) and a 50 inch plasma TV with plenty of seating and huge ceiling fan.
The bedroom features a 4 poster bed with king size mattress and fine linens. Master bath, stocked with towels is attached to the master bedroom. The convenient second half bath is located off the foyer entrance.
The Merrimack River view is breathtaking all year long, from the kitchen, living room and dining room. The deck is enjoyable seasonally with patio table and chairs, propane fire pit, and propane barbecue. Enjoy the deck seasonally, April/May - October, however it is not available during winter months, as it is slippery.
Extended cable, secured wireless internet, and washer/dryer for your convenience. There is an apartment attached to the home, however, both units are completely private.
No pets and no smoking.
Conveniently located off I-293, I-93 and only 15 min from Manchester airport. We are approximately 50 miles from Boston & Hampton Beach and just an hour from the White Mountains for great hiking and skiing.
Our property manager lives 5 minutes away should you need assistance with anything. And we are always available by email, text, or phone.

Our guests enjoy their privacy, however, we are always available by email, text, or phone.
We respect our guests' desire for privacy, so more than likely you will not see us. But please, be honest with the number of guests who will be staying. You will not be able to 'sneak' people in without being noticed (exterior security cameras). Lets not make an awkward situation for any of us. Thanks!

•Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home, (bring your slippers)
•Please help our lovely housekeepers by cleaning the dishes and putting them away at the end of your stay.
•With the exception of anything that is unopened, kindly empty the refrigerator of anything you brought.
•We're an energy conscious household - both for our heat bills but more importantly for the environment. Help us out by keeping the heat at or below 70 degrees. We don't want you to be cold so extra blankets can be found in the closet. If you're still cold and need it a little higher, please reach out to me.
•For safety, please refrain from using candles or space heaters.
•We love kids but for safety reasons, we are unable to host kids under 10.
•In the interest of providing a pleasant experience for neighbors and other guests, please respect our quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM.
