1600 ft sq 3 story home w/boat slip and private boat launch, minutes away from Yosemite. Sleeps 10. New kitchen w/SS appliances & granite counters; cozy fireplace; 180 degree view of mountains via picture frame windows across the entire living room/dining room area; two levels of decks.

The space
Sleeps 10 (two queens, two bunks, one queen sofa bed). Air conditioning, Use of private Marina at lake with boat slip and private boat launch ramp. Kitchen with new SS appliances and new granite counters. Ping pong & foosball. Parking for 4 vehicles. Medium sized boat or jet-ski trailer parking space also. Linens provided (all sheets, bath/shower towels, kitchen towels) Toilet paper provided. Please provide your own soap products. (Note: Cabin has Lake View. This property is not lake-front). Two day min. Special holidays requirements: For Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and over the New Year, 3 day minimum rental. See floor plans of property in photo gallery.
