This large and bright apartment is located in the main street of Cannes, rue d'Antibes with load of restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
2 minutes walk to all the famous beaches and hotels, such as Martinez, Carlton or Hilton.
Only 10 minutes walk to Le Palais des Festivals and to the main train station.
The apartment is on the second floor with an (email hidden) is very quiet, no street noise, and is fully furnished:
Tv, Internet WIFI and a double sofa and a fan in the main room.
The kitchen has everything you need, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle... and everything you need to cook.
There is a large bathroom with a bathtub, we also provide you towels and an hair dryer.
The studio also has a sunny balcony with a table, some chairs and an umbrella so you can enjoy your dishes and "aperitifs".
This studio is very comfortable and you can find all neccessary things there. It has a super location. It takes you 2 min to the supermarket, 5 min to bd Croisette and the beach, 15 min to the old port by walk. The balcony is a big advantage, it faces to countryard, so there is quite and calm. All in all It is value for money.
My time in Cannes was definitely better thanks to Jul's apartment. It's central location was exactly what I was after and enabled me to do whatever I wanted with ease.
His place was great, clean and spacious. I was met by his
Cousin Daniel and left a nice bottle of Rosé. I found my week very comfortable and would recommend it to anyone. It's not the Martinez but with the money you save you can now probably afford to drink there.
The only good aspect of the studio is its position, but I'm not satisfied at all about this place. It was not clean, bed sheets were dirty and not ironed; the bed actually is a couch, not a bed or a sofa bed and I stayed there for all the 5 nights just because I had to work in Cannes and I hadn't time to look for another accommodation. I suggest the owner to take care of this studio because it could be much better.
Very useful place to stay- well located and all the basics you need plus a blacony
Good deal in Cannes. Apartment had everything I needed (besides an internet connection I really missed!), and is very conveniently located.
Small, but functional. Heating was great, but I wouldn't call either of the beds "Real bed"; they were more like couches. Also, we had to buy a stamp to mail the key back, which isn't a huge deal, but who wants to wait in line at the post office on vacation?
Great little place a couple of blocks from the Croisette. Julian and his cousin were very accommodating especially when I was late arriving due to weather conditions. I would definitely stay here again.
We've spent a week-end in Cannes in early October and had a good time. The key element is the balcony (as one can see with the choice of pictures) which is sunny, and a nice place to eat and rest. The apartment is basically one room, with 2 big sofas (one that you can open). There are many tools to cook (microwave, kettle, dishes...). The bathroom is quite big, with the tacky elements that were considered chic in the 70's (marble floor, blue bath-tub...). Even though the apartment does not look over the heavy-traffic rue d'Antibes, the noise was the only problem. The crazy neighbor watched the TV at full blast until quite late at night, and the balcony is situated over a roof with a big noisy irregular AC system. But those 2 concerns are not Julien's fault.
Clean, simple, close to all the places I needed ti go...fitted my needs
