Great apartment, in a quiet neighbourhood, also well maintained, in an excellent condition. Aircon was invaluable given the hot weather, could not have survived without it. Loved the fact that it was so close to Vatican (10 minutes walking distance) and relatively close (30-45 minutes walking) to the Old Town and Rome's main attractions. All in all very well suited for our travel requirements. Ariel was a very nice, attentive and flexible host, who made sure that the check-in and check-out arrangements went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended, would come back any time.

I was with my family and we had good communication with Ariele. It's well located apartment, close to the restaurant and supermarket in the district. As well close to the Vatican. There is no problem with the public transport. The apartment is a nice experience because of the authentic bed. My daughter liked it. Recommended

Ariele was accommodating and friendly. Directions were great and he met us at the designated time and place. Helped us with the luggage (it's 70 steps up to the building). Luckily we packed only carry-on bags. The washer wasn't working during our stay, so it would be wise to be sure all appliance are in working order before booking. Otherwise a wonderful neighborhood place to stay in Rome, 5 minutes from the Vatican and moments away from grocery, coffee and restaurants. We had a great time.

Ariele was really accommodating to us. We were able to check-in late due to our late night flight and he even arranged transportation for us to/from the airport. Overall the place was really nice and was relatively close to the city and in a good neighborhood.

Be prepare to climb up 75 stairs. If you can get over the stairs, I think this place is nice for a 2-3 day stay. Close to central, train, bus, supermarket, etc. I had a good stay! Thanks!

This was a great little apartment near the Vatican City, area was nice just make sure you are in shape... there are ALOT of steps to get to this apartment but Ariele was more than helpful with the luggage. Just make sure to contact him for directions cause it's a little tricky to find, 24 hr supermarket across street and a good pizzeria !

Ariele's place was a cozy spot nestled just outside of the Vatican. We loved the proximity to the San Pietro train station (for crossing town and embarking on day trips). As we learned how to use the metro and the commuter rail, we were able to take full advantage of the location. The apartment was clean and Ariele was very responsive and hospitable!
