The home was just as described: very comfortable for our family group to enjoy Ann Arbor over New Years. Richard was very attentive to any questions and was in touch promptly. Our family liked the historic elements of the house that blended with modern touches. The living room was great for visiting and the coffee table was wonderful for those that wanted to play board games. We enjoyed the welcoming beverages that he set out for us and he periodically checked in to make sure that we were finding what we needed. Great location as well.
We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Ann Arbor! The house was impeccably clean and we were welcomed with snacks and beverages. Our favorite part of the house was the large porch with chairs and a swing. Great location just off campus and steps from the Arb. Highly recommend this home!
The host made us feel very welcome. Texted that evening to make sure we got in ok and had left out treats and drinks for our arrival. The home was exactly as described and even nicer than expected. Was perfect for our girls weekend. Short walk to campus and close to many great restaurants. We hope to book again for next year - this house is perfect!! :)
The host made us feel very welcome, even leaving a bowl of fresh fruit, protein bars and drinks awaiting us. The home is perfectly located for anyone visiting Ann Arbor. We walked to campus within minutes. The house is wonderfully cozy and clean. We highly recommend this home!
for my graduation weekend i pictured to have all my family and friends come together in a warm and cozy atmosphere where we could spend time after the graduation festivities. richard and julia's home was the best thing that i could have come across! not only was the house very clean and spacious, but the ambiance of the house made us feel immediately at home and contributed to making my graduation weekend a success for everyone.
the communication with richard was very easy and prompt. the house has a spacious kitchen and the most adorable little bar area where richard also kindly offered us to help ourselves. all in all it was the perfect fit for us and i am certain that it would be the same for anyone else!
We truly lucked out on stumbling across this gem. The house is beautiful and a true treat when paired with the host. Richard was extremely helpful and extremely responsive before, during, and even following our trip. We felt very at home in his beautiful home and wish we could have stayed longer.
Location is perfect for those looking to get down to Ann Arbour for a game at the big house. It's about a 20 minute walk to the stadium and 15 min walk to the main street. The house is also conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and amenities.
House was very clean and well kept and we didn't have a single issue while there. Thank you again for a lovely stay and we hope to be back sometime soon and staying here again!
