Duplex apartment with sunny private terrace with beautiful views, located in the heart of Santa Cruz three minutes from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar.
It is a very quiet site but very close to bars restaurants and shops of all kinds.
It is located in the historic center of the city, fifteen minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the train station. It is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, free internet, linens, towels, washing machine.
The apartment has two floors: downstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Three large balconies all facing the street Bamberg make the rooms are very brights. Upstairs is a bedroom with twin beds and a reading area, and the lovely terrace full of flowers and plants, with dining table for four and a seating area for four.
The whole apartment is bright and quiet, and is a lovely place that will make unforgettable your stay in Seville.
Two of the best restaurants in Seville "Casa Robles" and "Bar Giralda" are very close.
The apartment is located in the historic center and shopping area. All shops in the commercial area of Seville (Sierpes Street, Tetuan, Franks, Plaza Nueva) are very close to this unique residence.
You can explore on foot the city without public transportation: The Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the Alcázar, the Palace of Fine Arts, Palace known as "The House of Pilate," and anything that can be visited in Seville.
The apartment is located just fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. The cost of the taxi is only 25 euros airport-centre city. From the train station ten minutes by taxi, which can cost 8 euros.
You can also access the airport by bus and walking minutes from the last stop of this bus in the center of Seville.
Is very close supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. We recommend you a 24 hour supermarket call OPENCOR.

  • The apartment is so lovely and in a superb location. There was some confusion with the address and this should be verified beforehand. There is no elevator so it was difficult (email hidden) suitcase up 2 flights of narrow stairs plus another flight of stairs once inside- all without assistance. Views from the terrace was not what was expected, but the terrace was large with eating area. It was strange having the one bath adjacent to the kitchen behind sliding frosted glass door. There is little privacy here but good friends should enjoy their time here in the lovely living and bedroom areas. Kitchen well equipped, fits one cook, but who cooks on vacation! We were so close to shops, restaurants and tourist sites. our hostess Maria told us she was very busy person and did not respond to any inquiries after the room was booked.

  • Cet appartement est grand, lumineux, bien équipé. La rue n'est pas facile à trouver mais le logement est implanté dans un quartier très bien placé (commerces, cathédrale, ...) L'hôte est très agréable et parle l'anglais et quelques mots de Français.

    Le point fort de cet appartement est sa grande et belle terrasse qui donne sur un clocher multicolore. Logement à recommander.

  • Beautiful apt in a great neighborhood we walked to everything. We are a family of four and we all we delighted with the apt. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Loved the beautiful terrace. Maria was really nice and easy to get in touch - she helped us find a place to park our car for the stay we didn't want to use it in sevilla and had been worried about where to leave it 2 min from our house and easy to find. We all highly recommend this apt!!!!

  • Great location, Amazing Apartment and great communication. We stayed for 3 nights over a cold and rainy New Years and the hot water and heat worked great. Just be careful if you turn the steam on in the shower that it doesn't burn your foot. Walking distance to EVERYTHING and bar Estrella is right around the corner for awesome Tapas and drinks. We hope to come stay here again some day. Also try the Tapas tour with David at NotJustaTourist on your first night to learn the lay of the land and discover local tapas joints.
