The space
We consider ourselves THE BEST hosts in Eau Claire for your needs, and Airbnb considers us Superhosts (since 2017). I am a city boy originally from the Minneapolis area, and Maija (my wife) grew up on a beef farm in northern Minnesota near Duluth. Our downstairs apartment is a perfect blend of our cultures, including modern and Scandinavian accents, furniture, and decor.

This space is equipped with four comfy beds, private bathroom, access code security. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one trundle in the living room, and the cutest coffee nook make up the layout of our space.

Please note that if you’re looking to cook for yourself during your stay, our space is not equipped for this. No kitchen access, only Keurig, microwave and fridge are available. But if you’re looking for a quiet and cozy place to sleep after a day of being out and about exploring Eau Claire, you’ll feel safe and comfortable in our home.

We have lived in residential Eau Claire since 2010 and are in close proximity to countless rivers, parks, bike paths, beaches, shops, restaurants, major interstates, downtown, music festivals, fairgrounds, and easy freeway access. We are surrounded by huge oak trees, hills, and bluffs. This neighborhood is right in between Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, so you cannot find a better location. Locals call our neighborhood the "Pinehurst" area, known for its rolling hills and industrial roots. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for unwinding after enjoying all that Eau Claire has to offer.
