The space
The ground floor of the Villa consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and the bedroom.

The veranda is covered with comfy outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast or your private dinner. You can also prepare your fresh fish or seafood at the private BBQ.

The private swimming pool with its sparkling crystal-clear waters offers refreshing moments under the heat of the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy a glass of wine at the comfortable sunbeds under the shadow of the parasols.

An external staircase leads to the first floor which has independent entrance. The first floor consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom with shower. The balconies enjoy spectacular views of the sea and towards the hills and the olive groves.

Villa Lemoni can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and they are ideal for couples or families.

Villa Lemoni is located only 3 km away from the vibrant and elegant beach of Lampes with its shallow waters, which makes it perfect for families with children.

The seafront small historical town of Methoni, 6 minutes by car, is an old trading port, with Venetian links, evidence of which abounds in its beautiful castle beneath which lie a beach and a sheltered harbor. Methoni has a doctors’ surgery, dentist, pharmacy, good local shopping, super markets, bank, post office and very good restaurants.

Finikounta, 8 minutes by car, is surrounded by four beautiful long sandy beaches. The village itself has a very pretty harbor for traditional fishing boats and recreational boats. The beaches of Finikounta are served by traditionally Greek cafes and restaurants.

The traditional small town of Koroni, 25 minutes by car, provides a range of amenities including various shopping and food outlets, cafeterias, restaurants and fish taverns. Characteristic is its beautiful Venetian castle.

Pylos, 15 minutes by car, is a busy small town with port and extensive marina. It has a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes and banks built around a lovely central square, shaded by ancient plane trees. It also boasts an impressive castle. There are doctors and a small hospital/health center with good facilities and reliable staff who provide prompt emergency service.

Gialova village, 25 minutes by car, has high quality beach-side restaurants, some housed in old stone warehouses, coffee shops, bars, stores, super markets and three filling stations/garages.

The nearest signature golf course is 25 minutes away while the next signature golf course is 35 minutes away.

It takes 60 minutes to drive to the International airport (KLX) and the hospital of Kalamata which is the administrative capital of the area. Kalamata has a port, large yachting marina and motorway access to ATHENS. The centre of town has been the subject of major regeneration during the past few years and offers a wide range of shopping, eating and relaxing opportunities along its main boulevard. There is a greater variety of shops here offering designer goods and some internationally known stores.

Neighborhood highlights

The nearest airport is in Kalamata, 40 km drive from Finiki.
The nearest grocery stores are just 7 km away, in Methoni or 8 km away in Finikounda.
The nearest beach is 2,5 km away, it is called LAMBES BEACH and it has some restaurants and bars with sun beds and umbrellas. Here, you can enjoy breakfast or lunch on the terrace by the sea or you can relax with a cocktail at the swimming pool. It is a sandy beach! The water is shallow for many metters away from the shore, and that is what it makes it perfect for families with childrens.
If you like, you can take boat trips ( you can rent a boat from Finikounda - 8,3 km from Finiki) to Sapienza Island (10-15 minutes by speed boat) or, you can explore more and go to the Marathi Beach , in the bay of Finikounda, or , further, to the spectacular bay of Voidokilia . Voidokilia beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece and also, maybe the most beautiful in the Mediterranean Sea. The sheltered bay is referred to in Homer's Odyssey and archaeologists believe it was used by King Nestor as a port in ancient times. The beach of outstanding beauty lies beneath the Old Frankish castle (Paliokastro) and the cave of King Nestor, the ancient King of Pylos, who according to legend, used this cave as a haven for his cattle. Taking the path up from Voidokilia to the Old Navarino castle you will enjoy the wonderful panorama that unfolds in front of you: the Divari lagoon of Gialova, Navarino Bay and the Peloponnesian hills covered with olive trees.
It is situated at 12 km from the city of Pylos (27 km from Finiki), in the north of the Navarino bay.
5 km away from Voidokilia Beach ( 30 km from Finiki) you can reach a very famous golf course.
Another great beach is "Kotronakia beach", in Methoni , just 6 km away from Finiki. This beautiful sandy beach is facing the Methoni Castle and also it has a great view to Sapienza Island. Another great beach in Methoni is just by the Castle, the opposite site from Kotronakia, where you can find the best fish restaurant in the area.
For a gastronomic tour of the area you can start with the taverna situated just in the center of Finiki Village; they make the best souvlaki you will find in Greece. In the center of Methoni you will also find good restaurants wich offers great Mediterranean food. A selection of restaurants , pastry shops , caffes and cocktail bars you can find also in Finikounda, Pylos and Gialova.
In Gialova and Pylos there are many shops, ranging from supermarkets to clothes and jewelery stores.
