Rajai is easily one of the best hosts that I've ever stayed with through Airbnb, and that's in no small part due to the fact that hospitality seems effortless for him. Before I arrived, Rajai made sure to be in touch with me and made sure that I'd have no trouble getting to the apartment - since the airport is rather far from the city, he offered to pick me up from the airport early in the morning (for a small fee), which I took him up on. Over the course of my 2-day stay, Rajai twice invited me over for coffee and dessert at his house, where I met his lovely wife and daughter and we discussed politics and traded personal stories. He was very helpful in giving advice about places to see in Amman, and was always available if I needed help at home or around the city. As for the room itself, I thought that it was clean and very efficient - the bed was large, there was ample closet space, it had a fully-functional TV and refrigerator, and the large window looked out onto a beautiful view of Amman. Plus, the house is in a very nice neighborhood, so it was pleasant to walk around in its vicinity. All in all, I had a great stay at the Arabian Suites and would highly recommend Rajai and his properties!
Arabian Suites was a perfect location for me to begin and end my trip to Jordan. The apartment is simple (what else to expect for 30 bucks), clean, and comfortable. Hot water, enough storage, and comfortable bed. Again, I couldn't have asked for more for the price.
Rajai proved to be a tremendous host. He offered to pick me up from the airport for the same price as a taxi, and got the added bonus of a nice journey around the city to take in some of the sights.
Rajai owns several places in a centrally located area of Amman (Abdali), and upgraded me to a larger apartment that was comfortable and quite affordable for a night. He was very pleasant, helpful and he and his wife also offered to pick me up from the airport (for a fee). Ehab, the man who looks after the apartments, was extremely helpful and took me around the neighborhood to show me where to get food, etc. All and all, a good and convenient place to stay in Amman
The apartment was great, clean and in a super safe area with a huge super market and a cheap reustaurants nearby. Jet bus station is 5 minutes walk if u want to go to Petra.
Apartment got fast wifi and always hot water. The most i like it was quiet and discreet. No reception but 24/7 u have the mobile of housekeeper(Ehap) for anything you need. The owner invited me many times for coffee at his home and offer for free rides to city. Rajai and his lovely wife Abeer always was there so u feel u have a family there. Amman and Jordan is a safe place but these people really do everything to make your stay perfect. Last but not least! Rajai is a tour guide too. We pick him for a tour to dead sea and mount Nebo is a super price and really enjoyed the dialogues and the fun we had as we felt we went with a friend.
Overall : Dont think to book it especially if u hate receptions and hotel athmospere but also u want to have instantly next to u when needed!
Thank you Rajai and Abeer for the perfect stay in Amman!
Had a terrific stay in Rajai's apartment. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived in Amman. Rajai offers to pick his guests up at the airport for the same price as a taxi and I invoked this offer and was delighted I did. You get local knowledge of areas you pass through.
Rajai also introduced me to his lovely wife Abeer and I was made to feel very welcome over coffee and a snack. Rajai speaks perfect English so for someone like me with no Arabic this was terrific. We also share a passion for recycling and I was delighted to learn of some of his work projects.
The apartment is very central and allows immediate access to all Amman has too offer. Ideal also in its centrality to local tour companies. I was able to walk to companies for my day tours to some of the amazing Holy sites Jordan has to offer.
I would absolutely stay in Rajai's again and was made feel completely welcome by Rajai, his family, his lovely property manager Ehab and my neighbours from different countries in the Middle East who invited me in for coffee.
This was already my second stay at Arabian Suites and I enjoyed once more its good location, good care and clean and very comfortable room. Rajai and his team did again all their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Arabian Suites to everyone who seeks a safe and clean accommodation as well as a fair deal.
Outstanding! Rajai was a most gracious host and suprised me by upgrading my apartment without me asking! He also kindly picked me up at the airport & took me on a tour of the city. I recommend him highly and would choose him again.

About the Host, Rajai
I am a Jordanian architect with a degree from the UK. I am a strong human rights activist (whenever I can!), nature lover (that's easy) and environment campaigner (mammoth task!) . I am constantly thriving to preserve the cultural identity of my city, Amman which is been destroyed by many apartment developers.
I also worked (and still do) with humanitarian NGO's dealing with the Syrian refugees in Jordan and now work with Iraqi Christians that are displaced from Mosul in Iraq. I love to travel, meet people from all nationalities, color and race. I organize and take people to some very interesting places here in Jordan that normal tourists don't go to- only if they bring a nice bottle of wine or whatever! I also like to believe that I am funny, knowledgeable and cynical.
