FINALLY… YOU CAN EXPERIENCE AFFORDABLE LUXURY IN MAUI FOR ONLY $525 PER WEEK FOR 1 OR 2 GUESTS. That’s only $75 per night!!!
ALOHA! This Situation is Totally Perfect for One or Two People Who Don’t Mind Sharing an Absolutely Beautiful Place with a Single, Professional, Non-Smoking, Male who Works Full-Time.
I am extremely organized, friendly and respectful. I love to kite board and star gaze, and I own my condo in Kihei.
Sunny Kihei has the best climate in Maui, warm weather year-round with very low precipitation, plus Kihei is known as the pivoting point to all Maui activities! With six miles of sun-kissed beaches, it’s no secret why Kihei has boomed into the island’s largest tourist destination.
I live DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from one of the most popular beaches on Maui; Kamaole 3. It’s truly a picture perfect setting and was voted "Best Place to Watch Sunset" in Maui. Also, close by (less than 1/2 mile from my place) is the World Famous Keawakapu Beach. Additionally, my condo is less than 10 miles away from Maalea, 20 miles from Lahaina, and just 14 miles to the airport in Kahului.
My home is updated, private, quiet, clean, and comfortable. As mentioned before, the complex is close to EVERYTHING: beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, shopping, gas stations, kayaking, dining, public parks, the “Triangle Night Life,” you name it! It’s all around the corner from my place.
You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. We would share the living room, full-size brand new washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen, and lanai. The size of my spacious, second floor unit is just shy of 1,000 square feet. You won’t be disappointed! My décor is artsy and tasteful and includes stylish, designer, high-end furnishings.
Your bedroom has a super comfy king-sized bed dressed with linens and extra soft, fresh smelling blankets. There is a ceiling fan in the room, and a large window. In addition, there is a flat panel television with cable TV, your own personal alarm clock, a luggage rack, and an extra large closet with plenty of room for your clothes and belongings. The room includes high end, custom lighting on a dimmer switch, as well as bedside reading lamps. For extra privacy, your bedroom door can be locked at any time.
Your private bathroom is sparkly clean and is right next to your bedroom. There are plenty of bathroom and beach towels in the closet.
The living room has a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a large, suede couch, as well as a ceiling fan and separate air conditioning system. There is a hand painted mural on the ceiling and custom lighting.
The lanai is just off the living room. For your convenience, there are two chairs and a cooler off to the side. Feel free to pack them in your car and use them on your vacation.
I have a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a coffee maker, and even Brita filtered water. With plenty of room for your groceries, you can cook whatever you want, whenever you want and will have full access to everything. Kitchen also includes a very nice breakfast bar with comfortable seating.
If you bring your laptop, I have high speed Internet at no additional cost. In addition, your daily rate also includes all taxes and totally free parking. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee.
I almost forgot to mention that there is a SWIMMING POOL, hot tub, and a new BBQ area on-site.
Isn’t it about time to experience the true feeling of peaceful Hawaii? WELL, THIS IS IT!
I charge a fee of $75 per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $75. At these bargain rates, days are going fast, so please don’t wait to pay. If you email me, and I tell you it’s open, please pay through Airbnb right away, that way you are guaranteed your dates. The first one to pay gets the room, so don’t delay, as I receive an average of 5 emails per day. I cannot stress this point enough, as EVERY SINGLE DAY people are beaten out because they wait to pay!
Sorry, but no smoking allowed INSIDE the house. Also, this space is limited to no more than two people. I look forward to meeting you.
Mahalo nui loa! Malama pono!
Other Things to Note
If you are traveling with more than two people I also manage a friend's 3 bedroom place in the same complex. Here is the link for her place:
Please do not smoke or bring pets into my home.
Please remove your shoes when inside (it's customary in Hawaii).
Please do not leave out open food, as it will attract bugs.
Enjoy your Hawaii vacation, and if you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask!!!!
We had a amazing stay at Steve's Place.
The room is very clean, quite and just the perfect area to explore the island.
It was great to have our own bathroom, car parking is available free of charge. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room, Steve offers a great selection of beach stuff (e.g. chairs, towels and more). It is just perfect.
Steve is an amazing host. He is interested in his guest, he gave us many ideas for Maui and he did his best to make our vacation perfect. We totally recommend to stay at the Steve's Place.
Steve was one of the best hosts we've had with Air BnB, he made us feel very welcome in his immaculate apartment. He took us to a local pub quiz (which we won!) and invited us to a sunset bbq down at the beach on our last night. He gave us some great advice on tourist spots in Maui and even loaned us beanies, gloves, chairs and a comforter so we would stay warm watching the sunrise from Haleakala (another great must-see he suggested). We loved our time in Maui and would love to stay with Steve again next time we come back.
We did not meet the host because Steve was out of town that weekend. He left a very detailed instruction and we had no problem to settle in. As described, the place was clean and is walking distance to the beach. Moreover, Steve was meticulous in printing out suggestions and recommendations for us as well as the most recent Maui revealed book. Those information was very helpful.
One thing we noticed is that the guest room has window open to the parking lot, which could be quite noisy. During our stay, unfortunately, one (or multiple) motorists decided to ride in and out of the parking lot around 5 am in the morning on Saturday and Sunday morning. We don't know whether we were just particularly unlucky this time.
We loved staying at Steve's place. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and it had all the things needed for fun at the beach (towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs). The room for his guests has the most comfortable king size bed, a t.v. and a fan to keep the room cool. The privacy was fantastic as Steve has his own space, but when we got to meet him he made us feel at home and he was more than happy to share his knowledge about local areas and the island. We truly enjoyed talking to him. The fridge has a sharing shelf which comes in very handy (thank you, Steve, for the ice cream and coffee). The ocean is a three minute walk from Steve's place. You can snorkel, surf, and boogie board at this beach, and others within walking distance, all with a lifeguard there to watch over you. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Steve's place.
Our host, Steve, was very welcoming. The condo is right by the beach in Kihei and the accommodations couldn't have been lovelier. The condo is well maintained and quiet. Steve made us feel welcome to use the condo to the fullest. I would certainly book Steve"s place again. And, Kihei is an excellent place to center any trips in Maui on the East coast and has lovely beaches.
Steve's place is fantastic and provides everything you need for your stay. It is clean, comfortable, you have your own bathroom and I found it awesome that you can use anything - from kitchen appliances, washing machine to boogie boards and beach chairs. For me it was the perfect place to stay in Kihei. You can actually walk to a great beach for boogie boarding and to see the sunset. Also, Kihei is a perfect location for exploring Maui.
Steve was a fantastic host and I absolutely enjoyed staying with him. He was always available for questions, helped with recommendations, he even took me to a friend's birthday party at the beach, he's a decent beach tennis player ;-) and overall a very nice, easy-going guy. Mahalo Steve for sharing your home!
We just left 8 wonderful days in Maui. And it wouldn't have been as great if we didn't stay with our new friend Steve.
From the moment we arrived, Steve made us feel like we were staying with an old friend. His condo is perfectly located in South Kihei. It had everything we needed to make Maui home for the week including beach chairs, towels, a fully stocked kitchen and an awesome TV to watch some games.
The condo was walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and groceries. Steve provided great information about all of the things we could do on the island and even invited us to a few gatherings at sunset he and his friends were having.
The best thing of all is that when we calculated how much money we saved with his place over the Sheraton we stayed at last year, our entire vacation was basically free!
If you are looking for a great place to stay for a great price with a great host... Look no further!
I love meeting new people and sharing the knowledge and passion I have for the island of Maui! If you are traveling with more than two people I also manage a friend's 3 bedroom place in the same complex. Here is the link for her place:
