The Kona Cliff House at Pebble Beach is a romantic getaway & perfect for all things Ocean! Enjoy spectacular coastal views from every room. Custom gourmet kitchen stocked with your chef needs.

Location absolutely does make a difference! Many claim 180-degree views, yet few are like the Cliff House in South Kona (37 miles/ 1 hour from Airport). Away from the crowds, a coveted area for snorkelers, divers, paddlers &kayakers! Watch dolphins and whales from the lanai. Its a stairway to heaven!

The space
The whole beach house and property will be yours to enjoy. It's extremely private and you will be blown away by the unobstructed stunning ocean views from every room. It is not hosted!! Meaning you don't have a host staying onsite. This breezy home has been remodeled with imported tile from Italy throughout, custom gourmet kitchen and a brand new Tempur-pedic King Mattress. There is no need for A/C as the trade winds blow right through the Cliff House.

Property is fully fenced, and a secure access code to gate is provided. There are 4 flights of stairs up (72 steps) to a view which is absolutely breathtaking.

Kona Paradise Community in South Kona is a lovely spot away from the busy touristy area. The homes in Kona Paradise are terraced and start at the ocean up to the main highway. The roads are steep and accessible via a car. The home lanai is a wonderful area to kick back in the hammock, watch the whales, sunsets, ocean, local birds and wildlife.

Pebble Beach is a few streets below the house and is a coveted spot for divers and snorkelers. Ho'okena Beach and Place of Refuge National Park are a quick 15 drive away. Only an hour drive to see Kilauea volcano @Volcano National Park (check out recent photos of the eruption May 2025)

Beach gear is available for your convenience in the garage: beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, as well as a small and large cooler.

Wifi and Netflix included with a nice, dedicated workspace if needed.

Triple filtered water suitable for drinking from rainwater catchment tank provided to refrigerator, kitchen sink and bathroom sink.

You will absolutely love this beach house perched on a cliff with 360 views of the Kona Coast line.

Fully Gated Property. Security Gate with access code to the property provided upon booking. It has 4 flights of stairs up to the house. Its a lovely stairway to heaven :)

Neighborhood highlights

This quiet beach community called Kona Paradise is located in South Kona (approx. 30 minutes from Kailua Kona). Its tucked away from the crowds yet still close to some of the most visited attractions on the Big Island. Pebble Beach is just below the house and is a coveted area for snorkelers, scuba divers, paddlers and kayakers. Ho'okena and Honaunau Beaches are nearby and just a few miles away.

We spend 4 - 6 months here every year We are happy to share it with our guests. We put a lot of love and care in keeping the property updated, and nice and clean.

What makes my home unique: Breathtaking view of the Kona coastline
We absolutely love Hawaii and have been enjoying the islands for over 30 years. The beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving and beautiful flora and fauna of the big island are truly fabulous. We fully remodeled and setup the Kona Cliff House as a romantic getaway to enjoy all things ocean - just the way we want it when we stay there. Our guests rave about the views and the house and are always amazed at how much we provide. You'll love it too!
