This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

The space
This is a comfortable, cozy space with access to a patio surrounded by palms trees and an enormous live oak. The studio is decorated with an eclectic collection of art, including a number of Southern outsider artists.

Guest access
There is a patio outside the guest house with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. This sheltered garden area is exclusively for the use of our guests. Upon request we can provide guests with a Weber grill as well as access to our washer and dryer.

Other things to note
The studio includes a queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi, a Roku TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, PBS, and, during the football season, Sling TV (when AL is doing well😊). There is also a microwave, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and silverware, and a small refrigerator. We provide some snacks, including granola bars, and chips, as well as coffee, tea, juice, water, a few beers.
