You should be aware that throughout Tulum there is a possibility for power outages, when the power is out there is no electricity, water, or wifi. Whenever this happens we contact the electric company for an update on when it will return - this happens because the infrastructure hasn't caught up to the increased number of visitors coming to Tulum - we can't take any responsibility for this or offer refunds as it's out of our control.
