Wexford, County Wexford, Ireland

Where we live is a stunning coastal location .. peaceful and scenic, intertwined with a busy farmhouse with young kids all involved in the working dairy farm!! A week is not long enough to enjoy the beauty of the area and all the available activities previously mentioned not to speak of truly super places to eat the best of cuisine! Our local village regularly has traditional Irish music and Irish set dancing events combined with the famous 'Phil Murphy' music festival. Every second Wednesday night, a nearby old world village pub, Sinnotts of Duncormick has live music, generally traditional Irish tunes, and is a great night out. In Wexford town each October, the internationally renouned Wexford Opera festival takes place. Lastly, we are 35 minutes from ferry sailings from Rosslare Europort and 2 hours 15 minutes from Dublin & Cork cities.

I am, firstly, a proud Mum of small children who is bubbly, energetic, fun, friendly and helpful ! I am 'house proud' although that can be a ... big ... challenge in a farmhouse with very young kids !!! I love good food with nice wine so as a host, I can tell you about fabulous places to eat in the area. I have traveled alot in Ireland, Europe, the U.S., Australia and parts of Asia, and indeed throughout Wexford so I would love to tell you about all the amazing activities, walks, etc. that you can enjoy close to where we live !
