It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower), an open-concept kitchen and living room and an interior and private patio. FREE PARKING AND WIFI. The parking has 24 hour security. It has lifts and large parking spaces (only for one vehicle). Autocheck-in!!

The apartment is located 2 minutes walk to Palacio de Dueñas and the Iglesia de San Marcos, 5 minutes to Feria Street, 7 minutes to Plaza de la Encarnación (las setas), 9 minutes to Alameda de Hércules and 10 minutes to La Campana.
Next to the apartment there are all kinds of services. There is a supermarket right in front, 43 meters away, less than 1 minute walk (Covirán) where you can buy everything you need. There is also a Carrefour Express (in Matahacas street) 3 minutes away on foot. In Plaza de los Terceros (2 minutes walk from the apartment) you can find different bars where you can eat and enjoy the typical tapas of our city and regional cuisine. A 3 minute walk from the apartment is the oldest tavern in Seville (El Rinconcillo), a place worth visiting.
