Located on the sunny side of the city. Liberty Heights is a highly sought after area in SF. Filled with the Painted Ladies Victorians and Edwardian's; one will delight in strolling the colorful streets. Walk to Dolores Park, The Castro, Noe Valley's 24th street and the Valencia Corridor.
Home is available for 30 days or longer rental only, No exceptions.
Walk down the hill to the bus stop for the 24 and/or walk 5 blocks to the underground to take you to downtown or to transfer areas anywhere in the city you need to go. Walk to many shops, eateries, and nightlife, either over the hill to 24th street , or down the hill to the Castro, or over the stairs and approx. 10 blocks to The Valencia Corridor
Other Things to Note
*I know this is a fab house for events but alas you may not have them. A lovely dinner for good pals with equally good manners under 12 is acceptable however no loud parties here folks .
*This is a non smoking unit in and around the premises.
*This is a residential area and has a Keep The Peace Policy in place- No events such as parties etc are allowed in the unit without prior agreement.
*The responsible party must be 25 or older
* Bookings more than 30 days in advance must book at least two full weeks. Bookings more than 60 days in advance must book for at least one month.
Keep the peace policy mandates that events may NOT incur at the home as well as being respectful of the neighbors by keeping your noise level down from 10PM to 9AM. This policy will be enforced and if the guests do not abide the owner may ask the guests to vacate the premises without a refund.

a) Not to use or store on or near the apartment any
flammable or explosive substances.
b) Not to interfere in the management and operation of the
c) Not to act in any way that is illegal or dangerous or which would cause a cancellation, restriction or increase in premium in owners insurance.
d) To keep visitor traffic at a minimum as to demonstrate apartment is being used only for residential purposes.
e) Not to damage or misuse the premises and its contents/furnishings or waste the utilities as provided by managment or allow her/his guests to do so.
f) Not to make alterations or additions or remove any fixtures or to paint the premises without the prior written consent of management.
g) Not to act in a loud, boisterous, unruly or thoughtless manner or disturb the rights of the other residents to peace and quiet or allow her/his guests to do so.
To be especially mindful on noise during the hours of 11PM and (website hidden) events are allowed in the home without prior agreement.
h) Not to run electrical cords out of windows or the building for any reason whatsoever
i) Not to park more than one vehicle outside of Resident’s garage without consent of MANAGEMENT. The parking of campers, recreational vehicles, trailers, and boats
are not allowed without prior without consent of MANAGEMENT.
Resident acknowledges that the county and city of San Francisco may require parking stickers to park on the street and resident is responsible for the acquiring stickers and any cost related.
j) To keep the apartment clean and orderly, particularly during the period it is being shown to prospective residents or pay cost for cleaning.
k) To allow management the right to conduct quarterly inspections of Apartment for maintenance and housekeeping.
l) To give immediate WRITTEN NOTICE to MANAGEMENT of any necessary repairs.
m) To IMMEDIATELY TELEPHONE AND GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE to Management of radiator leaks, running toilets, dripping or running water faucets, roof leaks, or other
serious conditions requiring immediate attention.
o) Residents will maintain apartment as smoke-free
environment. Including Inside the unit, the garden and at the front of the building.Any signs of smoke will incur an extra cleaning fee and / or immediate loss of deposit .
Owner May at any time under owners discretion change out or remove furnishings
Owner may at any time ask the guest to vacate the home if the "keep the peace" policy is breached.
Exit cleaning fee covers bathrooms, floors, window
sills,cabinets, counter-tops, toilets, etc.
Guests must contribute to the following cleaning prep.
1) Put Clean sheets on beds ( do not make beds)
2) Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
3) Put garbage in the appropriate bins and throw away any left over food.
Q) Residents agree to use responsible care in turning off heater/lights/and electrical items when not in use and/or when exiting the unit
R) Resident agrees to keep the entrance code secure to the allowed listed guests on the application only.
S) Check out time is 11AM sharp unless otherwise agreed. Any lay over time shall cause hinderance to bookings and guest will be charged a full nights rent taken from the security deposit.
By using Airbnb as a third party booking representative, guest automatically agrees to abide by all House Rules any breach of this agreement may cause security deposit loss.
Owner reserves the right to change out furnishings.
Teresa's house is really amazing! The district is very quiet, it was a wonderful stay.
I used AirBnb to reserve this beautiful house for some business associates that were traveling to San Francisco from out of town. The house is gorgeous and clean, close to shops and restaurants. Theresa was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I highly recommend this house for travels to SF!
Our family vacation at Teresa's home was extraordinary. The 100 year old Victorian has been remodeled to the highest standards. The master bed and bath are worthy of any 5 star hotel, and the kitchen is as beautiful and functional as any chef would want.
We were traveling with our 5 1/2 year old granddaughter who thoroughly enjoyed the house and yard. The yard was a great luxury for her, not having to be confined to just the house.
The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and is less than one block from shops of every variety.
We will not hesitate to book the house for future family trips.
A group of us stayed in Teresa's gorgeous home recently. I hesitate to write about it because I want to be available next time I visit SF.
