This guest suite, a furnished, non-smoking 1 BR, 1 private bath w/ full kitchen, is located in one of three historically significant buildings near Downtown Sarasota and the beaches. Five minutes to Downtown, 5-minute drive to Lido Key Beach, close to Siesta Key (and across the street from beautiful Sarasota Bay)! In other words, in the heart of it all. Small, well-behaved pets ok.

The space features a 1 BR, 1 private BA with a full kitchen, as well as in-room refrigerator, cooking supplies and more. Complimentary self-serve coffee is available in our Coffee Shop, which opens at 8a daily.

Your room is located on the ground floor, beside our coffee/tea shop. It is part of a historically significant home that was once the estate of the Charles Ringling family (Ringling Brothers, Barnum Bailey Circus).

You can enjoy all the on-site amenities of The Reserve, or venture out to convenient, close locations downtown or across the bridge to the beaches, to St. Armand's Circle, and to Lido Key. It's the ideal location for those who love culture, as we're close to many cultural attractions, as well as the beach lover. We also have low-cost ground transportation that goes between our location and most points of interest downtown.
