Beautiful spot, cottage and people. Máiréad and Brian were terrific hosts. We enjoyed our walks to the centre of town with its beautiful sceneries. The garden cottage was more than we expected and the owners were very thoughtful and welcoming. We would love to come back one day.

Lovely and cosy cottage, well located. Mairead and Dave made sure we spent a great time in Westport. Welcome pack highly appreciated. Everything was perfect, and the Cronin's Sheebeen pub at a 5mn walking distance was quite convenient. We do recommend this cottage.

Garden Cottage is delightful. The cottage is in a beautifully quiet location, removed, yet close to everything. The comforts provided are true as described and we felt very much at home. We would highly recommended the garden cottage : )

My wife and I stayed in the Garden Cottage while on our honeymoon in Westport, and we loved every minute of our time there. Brian and Máiréad's cottage is as cosy as we we could have hoped for, a perfect place to come back to after cycling, surfing, and walking in the rain! Máiréad welcomed us and gave us a tour of the cottage, showing us how everything worked, before surprising us with a little honeymoon gift! Thanks Brian and Máiréad for a lovely stay :)

You'd never know this lovely apartment used to be a garage. It's beautiful, has the amenities needed, the space desired, bed was comfortable, its quiet and set apart yet easy access to Westport and Newport. Love the towel warmer in the bathroom, bring some slippers to keep your feet warm or that could just be me.

Response from Máiréad & Brian:
Hi Linda- Ann thanks for your nice review . The garage is no more and was demolished . The cottage is a new build timber frame contemporary building ! And we're sorry you didn't spot the leopard print cosy slippers stored in the hanging section of the rail , and always freshly laundered after each use
