  • There was adequate communication with Stephen. The resort was very nice. The apartment was great and very comfortable for our stay. It exceeded our expectations for a first time Airbnb booking.

  • The day before my arrival we realized there had been a mixup in my reservation, Stephen really went above and beyond in order to make sure my stay most convenient for me! The location was fantastic, I spent every afternoon out on the beach reading! And the amenities were lovely! (The pool table in the lounge area was a nice plus!) I would recommend this place to others looking for somewhere nice to stay in pompano!

  • Stephen was very helpful working with us to setup the trip. We had multiple plans to work which took me a while to get settled and Stephen was patient.

The 2-bdr unit was very spacious and well equipped. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable, everything was clean, and having the space was awesome. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry. It was a perfect fit for our longer stay with other family coming in and out.

Check-in when we got to the resort took a while. They tell all guests they need to register for a vacation sales presentation. Be prepared to tell them "No" and go about your vacation. Each unit only gets 1 parking space so we had to park our second car a couple "blocks" away and guests had to park there as well.

  • We had a fabulous time in Williamsburg! After a small mistake we checked into our three bedroom and it was wonderful! Stephen was quick to respond and help figure out the mistake. Just make sure you have a copy of the reservation from the timeshare. If you are visiting Williamsburg this (email hidden) to stay.

  • My parents, sister, friend and I stayed three nights at this condo in the Mystic Dunes Resort. Overall, the experience was awesome and because of bad forecasts, the parks were never as busy as we expected. When we arrived, it took over 30 minutes to check in because our reservation could not be found. If we had known that the Reservation Number that had been forwarded to us after booking was needed for checking in, it would have been much easier. Apparently it was under an owner booking and that's where the mixup was. Nevertheless, once we checked in and got to the unit, we were exhausted. Our unit was on the third floor and THANK GOD there were elevators. The unit was very spacious because there wasn't much furniture except what was necessary. The bedrooms were very spacious, TVs were upgraded, and the BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. Even though we had spent the whole day at the parks and we would've fallen asleep on the ground, the beds were very comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, but it is definitely worth the value...especially with the high prices during the Spring Break season. My advice, find out exactly what you need before going to check saves a lot of time and a headache.

  • This was my first time using airbnb and was a little skeptical at first. What I liked is that the charge doesn't go through until after you've checked into the facility. This particular facility gave us a resort type feel vacation. There was 7 of us 3 were children. We had the 2 bedroom and it was more than enough space for us all. The unit was clean except for one of the bathrooms which hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The host was easy to get a hold of through the airbnb app on my phone and also we had some check-out issues at the end but I was able to get a hold of him on his personal phone right away. Also, there was some confusion at check-in because I didn't get an email from him that had the reservation number I was to provide to the people at the front desk. So make sure you have all the information you need to give at check-in. Overall, I would use airbnb again based on this experience.

  • When we arrived there was a bit of a mixup with the reservation, but Stephen was quick to respond and address with the maintenance company. It's very important for a host to make himself available to address any concerns around check-in time, and although he was not in Florida at the time, Stephen did just that.

The condo was great - amazing location, super-close to Disney World, amenities just around the corner (Publix, etc.) and pool on premises. The layout was perfect for my family of 4, we each had our own bed and access to three full bathrooms, right off every bedroom! Full kitchen, comfy great room with TV, x-box, upstairs laundry. Couldn't ask for more. Highly-recommend!
