Intimate room private entrance on palm lined street in Central Phoenix. Close to downtown and blocks to restaurants, groceries, light rail and arts. Comfy king bed, private full bath, dresser, closet, TV and mini split for A/C and heat. Organic linens, towels and breakfast items. Clothing optional extremely large, private, back yard for sun bathing with a lap pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. Perfect for first or full time nudists. The space
Your newly remodeled room has a private entrance, king bed with a gorgeous head and foot board, dresser, TV, night stands, free standing closet and a locking door.
There is a remote control ceiling fan and mini split so you can control the A/C and heat to your comfort level.
Private en suite restroom with a tub/shower combo with a tree caddy for goodies we provide....shampoo, conditioner and body-wash, plus plenty of room for your special items. The medicine cabinet has extra items in case you forget something....toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The closet has bathrobes, sarongs, slippers, wooden hangers, extra towels, blankets, iron and ironing board.
Your room has two windows and double french patio doors opening directly into the lush backyard for plenty of fresh air with venetian blinds for privacy.

We provide self-serve continental breakfast in the kitchenette. There are many organic breakfast options to choose from and a Keurig coffee maker.

You have 300 Mbps wireless internet throughout the house and the entire backyard. The covered patio has an outlet you may plug your computer into while you work or play at the table while looking out at the pool, hot tub and lush gardens.

Our maintenance people come on Monday & Thursday mornings. Paul maintains the pool, hot tub and fountain on Monday mornings. Noel is our master of landscape maintenance. He is here around 9:00 on Thursday morning. They are both very friendly.
Ladies, try not to stare at Paul while he cleans the pool, he is super cute!

We are so fortunate to live in a lush historic neighborhood which is only a 5 minute car ride from downtown.
The light rail is a 26 mile system. It runs from North Phoenix to downtown, to the airport, Tempe and Mesa.

Downtown Phoenix is home to numerous sporting venues such as Chase Field and US Airways Center.

Other attractions are the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, Heard Museum and the Children's Museum.

During your stay

We like socializing with guests, but also like to give you your space. We work during the week, so you may not see us often until the weekend.
We are nudists and follow AANR rules.
