Originally I'm from New Zealand but I have resided in Texas for over 30 years. Married to Kevin and Mum to 4 grown children and 4 lovely grandchildren we live on 240 acres of beautifully wooded Central Texas land that has been in Kevin’s family since 1888. I am a "Foodie" and love to cook creatively or just be outside working in the gardens. Our menagerie includes our miniature donkey Daphne, Nigerian goats, turkeys and chickens.
