Located in the central, renowned and PEDESTRIAN Corso Como, it borders the prestigious European-famous Concept-Store and the numerous restaurants and clubs that make this street the center of Milan's sparkling nightlife. The space
Cozy and refined 80 sqm designer apartment, recently renovated and refurbished in every detail.
The building in which the apartment is located (former 19th-century convent) is located in the central, renowned and pedestrian Corso Como and borders the prestigious European-famous concept-store and the numerous restaurants and clubs that make this street the center of Milan's sparkling nightlife. Within walking distance of the entire new business center of Piazza Gae Aulenti, the brand new Feltrinelli Foundation and the renowned Eataly Foodstore & Restaurants.
The apartment, having an internal exposure, enjoys absolute tranquility and silence. The outdoor patio, totally private and accessible from every room of the apartment, is a place of calm and privacy where you can relax for breakfast, an aperitif or dinner. Smoking is allowed in this outdoor space.

Located on the 1st floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, it is divided as follows:
- entrance
- large and bright living room equipped with every comfort (including a very comfortable sofa bed, a 55-inch TV, wireless WiFi and air conditioning) with direct access to the private outdoor patio equipped with a table and chairs
- small fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and basic necessities that guests can enjoy at their leisure - fresh drinks in the fridge and both sweet and savory snacks)
- master bedroom (king-size bed 170x200) with air conditioning and spacious wardrobe
- bathroom with large shower
- private and quiet outdoor patio where you can have breakfast, eat your meals or simply relax. Smoking is allowed in this space.

- The building does NOT have an elevator.
- smoking is allowed ONLY in the outdoor patio and not inside the apartment
- Concierge service in the morning (including Saturday)
- the apartment is very spacious and the different interior rooms are separated by the presence of characteristic arches (original to the period). The only door is the bathroom door.
- the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable for 2 children or 1 adult; it may be uncomfortable or cramped for 2 particularly tall adults.

Metro: both the MOSCOVA stop and the PORTA GARIBALDI stop (Green line) are a few minutes' walk away.
The historic center (Duomo area) is a 20/25-minute walk away with a very pleasant walk through the iconic Brera district (15-minute walk).
