Playacar offers quiet streets, lush greenery with golf club access along with FREE beach club access at the REEF CLUB. Some listings claim this as the Pool. We have our own pool too!

Your neighbors are residents are from Scotland, Austrailia, Canada, Mexico and the United States, so come stay a week or a month in this very safe and private, yet truly international, neighborhood !
I bought this place for me. I spend a lot of time here and love it!! Ideal for mature couple or friends who want to enjoy Playa and all it offers while also getting some well deserved rest and relaxation. Truely is a home away from home for the right responsible group! Also, if you have any maintenance issues, just call Anna and we will have someone address immediately.
Deposit of $350.00 refundable 2 days after departure. Once our Property manager has verified that the condo is intact, VIP CARD is returned, bicycles in tack, keys are in the condo, or you have returned the keys to us and all house rules have been met.

Los Lirios is 30 units in 5 buildings with a very close and comfy feel. Neighbors are quiet and from Europe, Canada, Mexico and the United States
I have 2 bikes for use in the condo, taxis are available close by and are only around $5 USD to town.
Other Things to Note
Lets talk internet! Yes, We have internet in the condo. however, it is a Telcel modem. The way this works is that it is prepaid. We can put money on this for you to get you started (200 pesos). Then you can plug it into the USB on your computer. Once there, you still have to convert the money to a data plan. You do this by sending a message in the message section of the Telcel modem pop up screen. You text to 5050. In the body you text only the name of the plan you want. Here are some that are most popular for guests;
For 400 MB over 7 days type;
For 1Gb over 7 days type;
There are other plans that cost a little more and therefore require additional funds. There are 30 day plans. Adding funds to the modem is simple. You go to any Oxxo in town and ask them to put money on phone number (phone number hidden). For a specific plan name to meet your needs you can contact me or go to the following link to get plan name and price;

CHECK –IN INSTRUCTION
CHECK IN – for your check in we need to have your exact arrival time , flight information’s and a cell phone number , where we can call in case of delay from you.
Our personal property manager is Anna and she will meet you in front of the condo main door at the time you indicate. Sometimes it is also good to call or txt after you get out of security at the airport. She will explain everything about the condo and the surrounding area. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
DAMAGE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A deposit of $350 is required. This must be posted with Air BNB prior to check in. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable by Air BNB 48 hours from Departure provided the following provisions are met.
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•The 2 bicycles are with no damages
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are cleaned and put away.
•Electic usage does not exceed 600 pesos this is plenty unless you are very careless with the AC ( 2 pesos/kw)
•All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
•VIP card to Reef Club is left on Kitchen Table
Internet hot spot modem is in the safe and not damaged
•No linens are lost or damaged.
- Smoking in the unit will incure a fee of $100 as we need to clean all linens and drapes and this can effect future rentals. Please use the patio for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.
- Owner reserves the right to take from the deposit for any other violation of house rules as noted here
The bicycle should be locked every time you don t use it and should be parked under the stair well or on patio ( under cover). Any damage to them will be charged at the check out. If they are stolen we will charge you the amount of $300 dollars.
LONG TERMS RENT ( 3 weeks or more ). This unit does not include cleaning but you can have the unit cleaned on request at additional Cost. This can be arranged with the property manager. At arrival a cleaning fee for after you check out will be collected of 450 pesos.
PAYMENTS– All payments are to be made via Air BNB for the safety and security of both the renter and the property owner. Property owner does not get paid until 48 hours AFTER you are admitted into the unit. Security Deposit is also held by Air BNB until 48 hours AFTER you depart the unit and is provided back to tenant if no claims are made on behalf of the property owner.
CANCELLATIONS –Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in, in order to avoid the penalty of the 50%. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in and new rates will apply as monthly rate is at a significant discount
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. An additional charge of $15.00 per person per night for guests in addition to two (2) will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a seven (7) night minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than seven days, the guest will be charged the seven-night rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use. One Cleaning resource is paid for by landlord at checkout. Addiitonal resources needed for heavy cleaning are charged at $50 per resource. It is expected that is you remove trash and clean your dishes as noted in the house rules, this will not be necessary
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without prior notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
INTERNET – Internet stick is in the safe. Safe key instructions are above the microwave. The internet stick # is (phone number hidden). You can go to OXXO and put money on this number (350 pesos will suffice). When you install on your computer a dialogue box pops up and you can subscribe to several options via the SMS text option. Send an SMS text to 5050 Then in the text body type in "bajo30". That will convert your credit to DATA. This will give you 1GB of Data that won’t expire for 30 days.
WATER AND SEPTIC – This loft is on wells and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200).
ELECTRIC: There are three AC units in the condo. They are very effective and can cool the place very quickly. However, Electric can be very expensive so we pay for 500 pesos of electric for you which is PLENTY. However, to prevent abuse and leaving AC on all the time with windows and doors open, you will be responsible for KW that exceed 500 pesos. This should not be a problem if you dont abuse it.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
oAny advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (website hidden) for details and to purchase.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
