Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Gated and surrounded by lush scenery you will feel like you have suddenly escaped to the caribbean! The pressures of the world melt away as you get your first glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Eclectic design with mostly Caribbean influences. Marble floors, tile counter tops and a large shower with a sit down bench. Walk the custom pathways which reveal beautiful orchids and exotic plants. Go kayaking, fish off the beach or look for sharks teeth. Take a swim in the pool or work on your tan.

The space
Our place is great for couples wanting to have a romantic getaway in a beautiful setting. We also are in a great location for sports enthusiasts. With great bike trails, kayaking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, birding and walks on the beach. There are many excellent restaurants within a short drive. If you want to try a different beach World famous Siesta Key beach is 40 minutes away.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the pool, kayak, and barbecue grill.

The guest is also responsible for any damages he or his family, friends and guests do to the house and its surrounding.

Tenant agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 73 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 degrees, and that the fan setting shall be "Auto". Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. This also helps to prevent small critters to make it in the door.

Pool
No lifeguard on duty at any given time. Guest is swimming in the pool at own risk. Please never leave children unattended around or in the the pool.

Other things to note
The pool has been completely redone and is looking great. We are now just working on the fencing that surrounds the pool.
