A charming private house with a large garden and fruit trees, vegetables & herbs, right on the edge of the spectacular desert. A warm and relaxing place to stay, this house is great for a single guest, a couple or an entire family.
Check-in: 3pm, check-out: 12 noon.
If you'd like groceries for breakfast (vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, tahini): 50 shekels per person.
The house has several unique features - lovely patio with an area for lighting a fire, a herb garden, mud brick arches and a fireplace with plenty of firewood. We also have free WiFi, a fruit and vegetable garden, and of course - a gate leading directly to the wild desert.
Interaction with guests
I'm almost always around Mitzpe, and if I'm not - one of my friends can usually help if there's any need.
Other things to note
If you are travelling from Tel Aviv to Eilat or to Sinai, Mitzpe Ramon is a really stunning location to stop and relax, before continuing your journey. It is also a center for desert hiking, jeeps tours, stargazing and other adventures.
Mitzpe Ramon is a very small town, surrounded by the mighty desert, on the cliff overlooking Makhtesh Ramon - a unique geological phenomenon. There are lots of locations to hike or drive to, and plenty of serene and quiet gems you can find in the desert.
On the other hand, in Spice Roads Quarter (formerly the "industrial zone") you can find galleries, vintage boutique shops, artisan shops, pubs and my own artisan carpentry workshop and gallery - you're more than welcome to visit!

I create wood crafts and natural rustic furnitures. You can find Some of my work at the house, and you are also very wellcome to drink coffee at my gallery, ATAR BNIA ("construction site" in Hebrew). I work mainly with wood and mud.
