The Space

Come and experience this beautifully decorated and elegantly furnished Victorian Napa Valley home. The Napa ambiance here just exudes from every room and garden. You will hear faintly in the background the charming sounds of the wine train as they depart and return from their lunch and dinner excursions and the chiming bells from a near by church. You will be walking distance from down town Napa and the oxbow where you will find famous restaurants, theaters, wine bars, coffee houses, the river-walk and the list goes on.

The House
The place has stunning wood floors, high end furniture, granite counter tops, and a lot of character. You’ll have a comfortable queen-sized bed, full kitchen to cook meals, newly landscaped yard, and a deck to sit out and relax on. You have complete privacy!

The Location
To give you a better idea of the downtown living experience, here are a few attractions that are nearby, Napa Valley Opera House (0.7 mi away or a 3 min drive), Napa Valley Wine Train (which is also 0.7 mi away of a 3 min drive), The Uptown Theatre Napa and Silo's (1 mile away or a 5 min drive away from the house), , Napa Valley Hot Air Balloon Rides (1.4 mi away or a 7 min drive from the house), RiverPointe Napa Valley (0.9 mi away or a 3 min drive away from the house) and a lot more!

What Else You Get
With the place you'll have a clean duvet and clean sheets, fresh towels, and a welcome pack with some surprises.

  • Our stay was good. Place is cozy and well kept. It was little bit tight for 3 people, but would be perfectly fine for a couple. Owner was helpful and reservation process easy. Location is fine for exploring Napa Valley. Enjoy!

  • We had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed house! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. Gorgeous house and nice quiet neighborhood with an easy walk into downtown Napa. The full kitchen was such a plus for my husband and me, as we like to prepare meals as well as enjoy area restaurants. The backyard was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed sunny breakfasts on the back deck. Thank you for a great experience!

  • Host and management company were responsive to our requests about moving the AC unit into the bedroom from the living room in order to better control the temperature in the room our 10-month old daughter slept in. The house is nice and clean with a nice little backyard area. Relatively close to the downtown area and Oxbow Public Market.

  • This place is a gem! Immaculate and charming - a lot of places claim this but fall short, however, this property exceeded expectations! It is so nice to have the option to dine at home, especially with all of the delicious little bites you can pick up, and staying in a place like this allows that freedom. The location is central. Just 5 minutes car ride from Oxbow market. The host and property manager were lovely and helpful from the first step to the last. I hope to visit Napa more often (as our desire to visit many wineries dwindled to just a handful - there is only so much wine one can drink:) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends. Thank you Veronica and Karen and Sean!

  • Cute house with a great location/proximity to downtown Napa. My wife and walked into downtown each morning and evening either to grab breakfast or dinner. Took advantage of the deck one beautiful evening and enjoyed a bottle wine after dinner. We were provided clear instructions and directions on how to check-in and access the property upon arrival.

  • The house is small but perfectly for our needs. Very clean and modern inside! Great location, only a 10 minute walk to downtown--which was very convenient. (FYI ladies there wasn't a hair blow dryer, so I had to buy one. Learn from me and remember to pack it!) Overall great experience!

  • Sean's place was great!

It was a ten minute walk from 1st st. and Main st., which was where we we headed out to. It was nice that we were walking distance from the bars. Having to designate a DD would have been pretty inconvenient.

The place itself was well-kept. There's a back yard, though we didn't utilize it. The kitchen is well stocked with things necessary to cook, though we didn't utilize those either. There's everything necessary to get a pot of coffee going (including the grinds) in the morning, which we *did* utilize. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was good, and the place had small bottles of shampoo / conditioner / soap, and towels.

All in all, it was a great stay, and we're lucky to have had the chance to stay at Sean's place!

  • This is a great place to stay if visiting Napa. The setting was lovely all around and very comfortable and clean. I wish it would have been a bit warmer during my stay to enjoy the deck/backyard. The place is as cute as it looks in the pictures. And Sean was responsive to all inquiries about the place before and after the stay.

  • Thank you so much, Sean! My husband and I had a lovely stay at your beautiful little house in Napa during the holidays. Having a full kitchen was wonderful. We cooked many meals and had enough room at the table for my dad (who was staying nearby) to join us for breakfast and dinner. This place seems brand new and was impeccable. We loved the new appliances and the way the house was decorated. We also enjoyed the 20 minute walk to downtown. We thought you were very communicative and proactive when we had a bit of a check in snafu. The manager also stopped by with extra towels, which was great. Thank you!

  • We had the most perfect time in Napa and in Sean's home that it was nearly impossible to leave. The house is all it advertises to be: adorable, full of light, clean and bright, comfortable and so close to downtown. Sean suggested a ton of great restaurants, one of which we attended on Friday night for a great meal. Then we walked back to the house and the next day biked all around the Napa Valley up big ranch road and the Silverado trail. We cooked at home that night and played board games because the house felt so homey and cozy. We saw the stars from the beautifully adorned backyard, which is shielded from the eyes of neighbors by beautiful wood fencing. All-around excellent experience. Can't wait to return.
