Please note that this not a hotel room with a 24 hours service which is why it's so so so much cheaper, and much more laid back than hotels. Also, the room is in a house that was built in the 1920s so while you can find so many of Brooklyn's characters in it, it's not really shiny. In addition, the pictures are taken by a professional Airbnb photographer. I love those photos but some guests commented that Airbnb photos didn't convey the real look of the room. In any case, pictures are taken for the same room, I assure you. Lastly, please consider picking up after yourselves (towels, bath stuff, bathroom mat, and wash your plates/pots after cooking). At times, guests think that the house is untidy or dirty when it's actually another guest who decided to leave things unwashed... etc. :). In addition, please be advised that when you don't clean after yourself in the kitchen or bathroom, or when you eat in your bedroom that there may be a chance that you see a mouse or roach. Thanks for reading.
Enjoy your city in the great New York City!!!
Frontyard, livingroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
As much as guests want. I may or may not be present during the stay but if I am not, someone else should be at home to help you when you need.
I love that my neighborhood is diverse, fun, not uptight, open, and I mostly love that I can get anything anytime of the day or night. I love that there are so many cafes and restaurants. I love that there are museums, parks, free concerts almost all summer long.
Public transportation are about 5 minutes away, and buses are only 30 steps away from my house. Parking is free although you have to abide by the two days cleaning for each side of the street from 9-11 in the morning.
To get from airport, take a taxi for $30-$40, or take the bus or subway for less than $10 total per passenger.
Natasha is very kind and helpfull. I totally recommend this place and I will stay here the next time I arrive in NY. The area is nice as well. I stayed there for one week and no problem at all. Actually I arrived 2 hours late but Natasha were just happy to see me. Thanks for all.
Natasha was a gracious host who was always available and timely with my requests (fresh towel, installing the AC unit). I stayed in this room for three weeks and had no issues whatsoever. The room is no frills and is an older building but it was always clean and suited my needs. Lots of closet space and quiet (just need to get used to hearing the church bells rings). Quick access to grocery stores, the 2, 5 train, laundromat and an amazing bakery. Affordable!
It was a good experience staying here. The location is very good, buses and trains are few blocks away. Natasha is willing to help you all the time.
Natasha was a wonderful host. My room was very quiet, 2 train station not far, public buses around. All over a wonderful stay in Brooklyn. Will come back, when I am in New York.
Natasha is hospitable and the room is acceptable. I recommend it.
Natasha is a thoughtful and excellent host and the house is very good value for New York. An enjoyable stay. Thanks Natasha.
The appartment was really nice with a well-equiped kitchen (even with some.food for the guests!). The room I was living in was perfect for one person. The bed was really comfortable.
The appartment is close to a metro station with connections straight to the heart of Manhattan.
Natasha was really helpful. I would totally stay again at her place.
Great, clean place in lovely Prospect Lefferts Gardens. I really enjoyed my stay here, nice roommates, a great and spacious appartment, a fridge with snacks for everyone and a lovely host that was very helpful. Thanks a lot!
I recommend this place. Natasha is very warm and hospitable. Had an accident where I missed my flight and had to arrive at midnight -_- she was very understating! Thank you Natasha I would stay again hopefully soon!! NY was awesome staying here made it very easy to get to manhattan the 2 train is less than two blocks away. Thanks again Natasha!
