About this listing
You will be sharing a 2BR, 3BATH condo with a young professional. I travel a lot so the entire space can also be available as well. Amenities are as follows: hardwood floors throughout, except two of the bathrooms have high quality marble floors. Guest bedroom is equipped with modern canopy queen size beds and flat screen HD TV with all the premium cable television channels at your disposal. Across the hall is a full bath with new modern ceramic tile floors with marble counter tops. Kitchen includes modern black granite floors and stainless steel appliances. There's a formal dining room with room to spare for entertainment. Downstairs is a large family room with a bar that features a fireplace, large flat screen TV with integrated surround sound technology. If you have a need to accommodate 2 or more guests, there's a large sectional that can easily sleep two additional guests and I have a comfortable EZ bed that can sleep 2 more as well. There would be an additional cost of $30 a night per person in addition to the maximum 2 staying in the guest bedroom (Total guests: 4-6). Extra guests could also access their own private full bathroom located off the large downstairs family/entertainment area. Also downstairs, there's a sliding glass door that opens up to a private backyard oasis that includes two decks, BBQ, lounge area and a 6- person top-of- the-line Hot Tub with unique LED lighting. The space is professionally landscaped and has exterior lighting at night that amplifies the lush experience.
Location: the condo is located at the end of the Panhandle and the beginning of Golden Gate Park. The infamous Haight Ashbury neighborhood is just too blocks away, with all of its 60's Hippie vibe and trendy shops and bars. Golden Gate Park is located across the street and is considered the "Central Park" of San Francisco. The park stretches from the condo on one end and the Pacific Ocean on the other. Attractions include: Conservatory of Flowers, DeYoung Museum of Fine Arts, Japanese Tea Garden, and the California Academy of Sciences all within a 10 minute walking distance.
There's a "Whole Foods" grocery store and a Mcdonald's (opened until 12am) just two blocks away and a host of convenience stores and hip restaurants in walking distance that are open late. The Upper Haight Ashbury neighborhood is vibrant with bars and dance clubs with the tranquility of San Francisco's Central Park right next door.
There are at least 5 bus lines within a 4 block radius that you can choose to get to downtown or anywhere else including the beach. Hailing a cab in this neighborhood is also extremely easy if you have to get somewhere quickly. If parking is required, a private space can be made available at extra cost. However, street parking is very good depending on the time of day.
Pets are OK as I have one amazing Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier that doesn't shed, loves people but is very independent and he minds his own business and has a custom made doggie door that allows him to go in an out as pleases. He also has a dog walker, but if guests are against a cute dog being in the house, he can go to the doggie day care or stay at Wags hotel. Guests will have to pick up that charge which is roughly about $40 a day. My dog is completely fine with other dogs so there are no issues there. There will be an additional cost of $25 per night for a dog and a refundable $100 deposit.
Cleaning Fee: There is a one-time $50 cleaning fee that will be added to your bill.
I travel often and my entire home can be made available for guests of no more than 6 people per night. That would include my master suite and bath for an additional cost. The starting price for 4 people would be $350 per night.
****Entire condo available Sept 2nd -9th****
Interaction with Guests
I have my own suite with my own bathroom. I work about 10 hours a day and usually at the office or evening events. I am usually present during while guests. However, guests can access to my whole space while I'm out of town.
Upper Haight Ashbury/North of Panhandle
Other Things to Note
Please note: San Francisco is a major city with a neighborhood charm. I do live on the first level. The windows are double-paned. However, If you are a really light sleeper the traffic outside is not everyone. I do supply ear plugs.
I live a fun, easy going lifestyle so I have basic rules that consists of respect for the home, respect for the neighbors, keep it tidy and don't feed the dog!
