Located just meters away from the Marsascala promenade, and enjoys very good seaviews from the balcony. The property is at walking distance from daily needs shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is a new apartment and is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. It has two spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed and there is also a sofa bed to accommodate another two persons. Thus it can accommodate 6 persons. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, while there is also a guest bathroom with bath. The property is equipped with a kitchen and has air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dining room and in the bedrooms. The property is served with lift.
Since Marsascala is a seaside village, there are many beautiful spots where to relax along the coast. You may sunbath or go swimming, along the rocky coast which is just a few steps away from the apartment or in the nearby sandy beach which is at a walking distance or 2 minutes by car. Other things to do include snorkling, cycling, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.
The bus stop is a few meters away from the apartment while the Marsascala bus terminus is at a short walking distance. Buses are a cheap way to get around the island. However, a car is recommended since it is more convenient. Free public parking is available on the street, however should you prefer, we offer private parking spaces on request, at a minimal cost.
Soap, shampoo, bed linen and basic needs are provided and the beds will be done on arrival. We also provide a one-time set up of two hand towel and two bath towels per person per week.
The use of air-conditioners is also included in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included in the price for a maximum of 100 units per week. Consumption that exceeds 100 units per week is charged at 30 cents per unit.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, at no additional cost.
No smoking is permitted at the property. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the balconies. No drugs are allowed. No excessive noise or loud music is allowed. No pets are allowed. The property should be left tidy and clean after departure.
