The apartment has two-story windows all along the apartment. Large windows with excellent blinds. These blinds prevent daylight to get into the apartment if guests want to sleep in darkness.
These windows let in lots of light and a magnificent view of the city.
There is a large swimming pool at the terrace among the amenities of the building.
It is conveniently located in the Palermo neighborhood known for its fine restaurants and cafes as well as its shopping.
One block away from Santa Fe Avenue , the metro line D. (Carranza) and the train station (Carranza). Metro is the best and fastest way to travel around the city, you can reach the city centre, San Telmo and Recoleta with this line.

The loft has excellent equipment:AC system (cooler and heater), fridge with freezer, DVD player, cable TV with channels in English.
The building has 24/7 security, gym, sauna, an open grill space on the terrace. No children under 12 are allowed in the building amenities.
Cleaning service is included once a week for rentals over 10 days.
The apartment is located in Palermo, more precisely in Palermo Hollywood, which got its modern nickname after some of the major TV and radio studios moved there but is best known for its nightlife, which includes some of the best restaurants, bar and clubs in the city. Another sub-area of Palermo – Palermo Soho – is very near the apartment, just crossing Av. Juan B. Justo and it is the fashion epicenter of BA.
Palermo is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood. There are no much offices apart from the design and software firms that are principally located in the area. It is also the area for modern and stylist furniture stores.
It’s a zone with a lot of old, Spanish-style architecture, more than other areas of the city. The combination of low houses, wide streets and trees lends it a nice atmosphere.
Security is not an issue in Palermo, as it is not in most of the neighborhoods you are probably going to visit (Palermo, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, San Telmo). You are going to be able to walk around at every hour of the day.

The apartment is located half a block from a metro/subway station: Estacion Carranza, LINE D. Also many bus lines run on Santa Fe Avenue half a block from the apartment.
Check in and check out times are flexible as long as we do not have other guests arriving or leaving on the same day. If that happens, check in will be at 12 or later and check out at 10 AM or earlier. The building has a room where we can keep your luggage if you need to do so.

Cooker: Turn the master key off when not using.
Oven: To turn it on you have to hold the key for 30 seconds with oven door closed.
Curtains : Please Roll them down and up slowly and carefully for not getting them stuck.
Trash: you should put the trash bags in the bin located behind the doors next to the elevator. You can find plastic bags in the last drawer next to the oven.
Safety: This is a very safe building with 24-hour security. Nevertheless, please lock the entrance door with your key when you are out of the apartment.
My stay in BA was great. The studio is perfect, Marcos is a great profissional and give me some tips about restaurants, supermarkets. Easygoing, profissional and helpful guy. The pool is fantastic.
Marcos was a fantastic host. He answered all my questions before arrival, and during my stay there. The apartment was perfect, its location and layout made our stay in Buenos Aires the best trip we've had so far. The pool was well maintained, and the security guards are very helpful. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Nice location, amazing rooftop pool, very helpful host. The building next door was under construction when we were there and hence the noise during the day was unexpected and for some reason we had very bad luck with the wifi.

The apartment is very clean and in an excellent location, close to the subway and many restaurants and shops.
The building has 24 hour doormen and a pool. Wifi and AC in the apartment worked very well (and were much appreciated).
The street is a dead end and thus traffic noise is minimized.
There is construction next door which leads to noise on weekday mornings, but Marcos was up front about this with us. Once the construction is completes, this would be an ideal location.
