Unfortunately due to our flight being delayed we were unable to meet Flohic in person, however upon arrival we were happy to see Flohic had left us some wine to share. It was approx 30 minutes walk to the city centre and a quiet location. There was four of us girls staying for St Patrick's Day and it was pleasing to see the Guinness Storehouse only 15 minutes walk away. The home was exactly as described and very roomy. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to others looking to see Dublin.
We had a wonderful time staying in Anna and Flohic's beautiful home. They welcomed us warmly and were always available if we had any questions about the house or needed tips on what to do or where to go in Dublin. Their is a coffee shop, grocery store, and pharmacy a 5 or so minute walk away. City centre was a 15-20 minute walk away. We will definitely stay at their place again during our next stay in Dublin.
I booked Flohic and Anna's place for a visit to Dublin with my daughter before she headed to her study abroad semester in western Ireland. Their home was perfect for our stay. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable to just hang out and chill. There was no TV but that was fine as there is internet, so you can watch whatever you can access via your computer. Was very easy to walk into town to visit the several tourist sites we wanted to see as well as close to many restaurants and the train station. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Flohic or Anna, but Anna's sister Barbara was there to greet us at agreed upon time and also helped us with adjusting the heat. Overall our experience was very good and we would choose to stay again.
Flohic and Anna were very welcoming. Flohic was away so Anna greeted us upon arrival. I had prompt responses to any inquiries and enjoyed the layout/look of the flat along with the location. The pictures are a very accurate representation. I would recommend this residence.
Very nice place, lovely house! Nice 20 minute walk to main part of downtown or €8 cab ride. Main bedroom bed was very comfy...slept better there than at home. Would totally stay again! And recommend it.
Home was comfortable and clean. It was a very modern and enjoyable space. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. It's close to the tram and the train station, but it was a very straightforward walk to city centre so that's what my group did when we went in. Floric was great at being in contact with us. The wifi at the place was great. I would recommend it for a group that likes to go out during the day but likes to retreat back for a quiet dinner at home at night.
Flohic's place was lovely and very central for visiting sites in Dublin. There is a Spar very close and public transportation to and from the city centre every 5-10 minutes. It can be walked to in less than a half hour. Despite being close to the hospital, it is a very quiet location. The place is modern and very inviting. Flohic was very helpful and available by phone should I have any questions. Overall a great experience.
