A custom 165 sq. ft. "Tiny House" located right between our theater and the garden dining area. True to the show "Tiny House Nation".. cool interior with custom woodwork, stairs to a lofted bed. Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TV and internet in the unit. We have 2 on-site restuarants, market, theater, and parking. Our AIRBNB village consists of 2 tiny houses, 2 cottages, tent sites, a loft appartment, and more! Staying at Good Earth is more than a beach trip!

If you ever wondered how it would be to live in a tiny house here is your chance! 165 sq ft of super cute living space. Very cozy and comfortable. TV, sofa, kitchen, separate bathroom with large tiles shower.
Walk out of your door to see a dinner theater to your right or into a beautiful garden and popular restaurant/grocery store, Good Earth Market! Stocked with everything you need to cook or have a meal, glass of wine, craft beer, or cocktail with us instead!

The tiny house is all yours, but you will be very close to our restaurant and theater, but most guests enjoy the proximity! Parking is in the market lot then walk through the garden to tiny house.

Neighborhood highlights

10-acre property that consists of a Market, Restaurant, two tiny houses, two cottages, a small campground, and our family home all the way in the back. We love our rural neighborhood so close to many beaches. Bethany Beach is very family-friendly with a nice boardwalk, shops & restaurants.

Hi I am finally retired from founding and running Good Earth Market, theater, and restaurants . Melissa has taken over and is doing a great job! My husband Dave and I have 3 grown children.Becoming an Airbnb host in 2013 was a great thing for me and I am so happy I did! I love gardening, cooking, hanging out in Maine, & beach combing. I am a hands off host but always available. C our Delaware property manager is always around to help as well.
