Very nice french apartment in the heart, really heart of Paris. At one street from museum George Pompidou. Proximity of 4 lines of RER (A, B, E, D, line B connect both airports). At two streets from metro Rambuteau and 4 streets from Chatelet- Les Halles station (lines (phone number hidden))
Neighborhood: "Beaubourg", full of bars and restaurants. The "boulangerie is just in front of the building. Little appartment of 28mts² divided in three floors: the fist one is just the entry (4mts²), the second one is a little space (8 mts²) with a "Sofabed" for two persons and a little kitchen of 3 mts²). The third floor has the same area than the second one with also one "sofabed" for two persons but instead the kitchen you will find a big badroom (9 mts²) with WC. Apartment with internet, little fridge, microwave and little oven... Is not expensive if you consider the neighbohood where you will be and that you will not take more than 15 minutes to go anywhere in Paris!!! Rue Quincampoix.
4 people MAX!
Price: 100€ per night
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
1- Please, note that the apartment is just for 4 persons. A fifth person will be very uncomfortable because she has to sleep in a little mat in the floor. If you insist to come by five, an additional fee will be asked.
2- The apartment is not advisable for people travelling with children because the stairs are very very steep and I consider is dangerous for children under 10 years old.

Good, very cozy and comfortable apartment has everything you need. Good location in a beautiful, historic area of the city. Easy access from any airport, two minutes to the subway. Thanks to Carlos, we were very happy to have lived it in his apartment.
The location is great. It's close to metro station. There are lots shops, bars, and markets in the neighborhood. The place is very quiet at night! Both futon beds are firm with good support.
With a group of four people, we can sleep comfortably, but not enough storage space especially if you are not a light traveler
Carlos is very responsive when the water heater broke. He went out his way to get it fixed which is greatly appreciated!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Paris and we found Carlos is very easy to communicate. He was t there when we left, but the check in was easy!!
We really enjoyed our stay in Carlos appartement. It was very small, like everybody writes, BUT you are right in the center of Paris. Which was very important for us. We walked arround to most of the places we wanted to see. Little but charming Patio. Another important thing for us since we came with bikes on the back of our car, were the good monitored underground parking under Centre Pompidou, next to the appartment. We really recommend this appartment for those who wants to stay in the center of Paris
Carlos' apartment worked out wonderfully for my son and I. It is a small and clean apartment that is well worth the price and location. It was located really close to the Pompidou Center. This made it next to impossible for us to get lost, since there were always signs pointing you to the Pompidou. It was also located within easy walking distance from the train station, and many sites.
The apartment is on three floors with the first floor being the entry, the second floor is the living room with a futon and kitchen, and the third floor is the bedroom and bath. My son used the futon and I used the bed. This gave us both some privacy. The apartment was quiet since it opened to a courtyard and away from the busy streets. The Wi-Fi worked great and we slept comfortably each night.
We walked to every thing including the Eiffel Tower, although there is easy access to other transportation. The train station is very close and will take you most anywhere, the buses are a short walk, and there are bikes available at the Pompidou.
We felt very safe in this apartment. There were three locked doors to gain access to the apartment. The first was a combination lock off the street, then the second was a locked door that led to the courtyard and then the door to the apartment.
There is much food available in the area. We enjoyed the food that was close to the apartment as much as anywhere. There is a huge variety of food within easy walking distance of the apartment.
We really enjoyed this apartment and our time in Paris. You cannot go wrong by using Carlos' apartment.
Carlos was really friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and was very willing to answer any questions we had about Paris in general, not just the apartment. He took time to point out the best places to eat, drink and visit and the right metro routes etc to get all of the torurist destinations we wanted to visit. Carlos was also very patient and understanding in the traffic conditions we had, and was in clear communication with us as we struggled through the traffic to get there. The apartment was very cosy and clean, and we felt very at home there. We would love to come back and stay again, when we can finish off all of many museums and attractions there are! The apartment is in an ideal location, very central with plenty of lovely bars, restaurants, bakeries, delicatessens, and a fantastic wine tasting shop opposite! We hope to one day stay here again!
We stayed in May at the apartment. Our family likes this place. It is really located very very good close to everything you need at this area. The place equipped with everything you need for living during vacation. The info on the web-site is real and everything described you will see in reality. Carlos was very pleasant and ready to help with info about Paris. He gave info about this area and how to find all the places of interest for us. Thanks a lot for staying.
Carlos was very accomodating, meeting us early so we could make the most of our weekend in Paris. The apartment is small but comfortable and has everything we needed. It is in such a great location, super central, walk or quick metro ride everywhere. We had a fabulous time :).
The stay was great. The apartment is small and cozy, but worked perfectly fine for me, my wife, and my mother and law. Sleeping on a futon was a little upsetting to my back, but that just makes me seem like a whining old man ;) The design on the walls, which I thought was some "fun" painting, is actually the old wooden beams through the building.
The neighborhood is incredibly central. Literally a minute walk to the Pompidou center, with short walks to Hotel d'Ville, the Louvre, Marais, and more. The street is lined with small galleries, and there is a grocery store quite near. We bought a 3 day metro pass, but really, didn't get our moneys worth, as we literally walked everywhere. The neighborhood itself is filled with subpar restaurants and tourists, so I would recommend going elsewhere to eat (eg, head over to the Marais).
Carlos was very kind and helpful. He met us earlier than our reservation so we could drop off our bags, and gave good recommendations for food in the neighborhood.
Definitely a great time!
L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale per potere visitare Parigi a piedi e si trova a 5 minuti dalla fermata della RER che va in aereoprto (CDG). Carlos è gentile, disponibile e risponde velocemente alle mail.
L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito e in ordine.
