We stayed in Rome for 3 nights. The place was tidy and clean. Around the corner was a very good pizza delivery service. If you arrive later, somebody's there to open up the flat. The metro isn't as that far away, so you can reach termini in about 10 minutes. Also the bus stop is nearly next to the door. In fact a nice place to stay.
The place was quite well set and though we could not meet Silvia, the stay was comfortable. The place had an operating kitchen and all else that was needed. It's location was also quite nice.
I reserved this apartment for my parent's first time in Rome. They said that Sylvia was one of the best hosts they had during the stay in Italy. They provided them with everything needed, a clean and safe apartment, and great information! They also loved having the metro right in front of them since they went to different locations around the city and took the metro. If you arrive by train (which my parents did), you can take a bus that drops you off right in front of the apartment as well. No need to get a taxi from the airport. They loved it! Thanks Sylvia!
Perfect... Silvia didnt meet us but someone who lives at the property did and she was very nice! 5the property wad about 10 min walk yo a train station and feom there very easy to move around. The area is Xerox turisty, how ever it is in a very nice area of town.
The flat was as described. Everything fine so far. I would go there for a second time.
