Experience camping with style in a 23' nice, clean and fresh little camper. Sits on my property with other rentals. It has its own gate entrance and free street parking on Norswing. View across the way is natural habitat with a trail to walk inside at the end of the street. Inside you have a queen mattress. Also a couch for sleeping. An RV stove, oven, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom with an RV shower. Supplied with a 4cup coffee pot, red dishes, bowls, coffee cups and glassware. Silverware, cooking utensils, a radio, blanket's, towels and soap. Can accommodate 4 people but remember its camping style so with more people the tighter the space gets.
My property is a few blocks away from one of the only two beach entrance's. The only beach in California that you are allowed to drive your car onto. It is relaxing in the evening, as well as romantic to light a bon fire and sit back and listen to the spectacular ocean waves. You may request to use the entrance pass, as well as a few comfy papasian chairs that you can take down to the beach with you. I suggest that you use the pass since this will save you about 6 dollars each day you enter the beach.
I am also located very close to the Oceano Dunes and just a few miles from the Pismo Pier area. Down the street you can rent ATV's or a Hummer ride and leave the driving to them. Across the street is a local public bus stop for area transportation. Just a short walk from my home is the Rock n Roll Diner, which allows you to dine in a train car. There is also Beach Burger and Old Juan's Cantina, which has a reasonable Sunday champagne brunch.
Points of interest: Oceano Beach, Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach....and ummm the NUDE Beach....as well as being centrally located between San Francisco and Los Angeles. There also is the famous Hearst Castle, San Luis Obispo (aka the happiest place in America), SL Port Harbor, The Arroya Grande Village, Lopez Lake, wonderful wineries, farmers markets, The Oceano Melodrama, horseback riding, wind surfing, skydiving, surfing, kayaking, biking, hiking...not to mention TONS OF BEAUTY. Visit The Five Cities and be amazed. You can have the nightlife or choose a total solitude retreat and just chill. I am very happy to help out with any information or plans to where you may want to go.
I will end with a thank you...I THANK YOU for considering me to be your host.
ENJOY wherever your travel and stays may take you!!!

My friend and me were living in the Artistic room! Everything was so cute and so clean! We had such a nice time staying there! Thank you so much Anna for welcoming us so warmly and that we could feel so homy at your home!!
Anna is incredibly nice. The camper was small, but perfect for my friend and I. There isn't a door on the bathroom which I somehow missed before, but still doable. Everything worked well. It was extremely nice, clean, and cozy. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. And I can't emphasize enough, Anna was so nice and accommodating.
Perfect little place to stay on our way down to LA! Our kids loved "camping" in the trailer and we appreciated the unique experience. Close enough to walk to the beach, felt very private, and host was very kind!
Had a wonderful stay at Anna's place. Was such a pleasure to meet her and stay in her coast trailer. Anna and her family are incredibly welcoming- there's literally nothing she won't do for you. I felt like I was at home and even extended my stay at the last minute. It's was the perfect affordable stop off for me on the way between LA and Big Sur. Anna's place is clean, homely and comfortable with everything you could need. Right next to the beach and conveniently located off the highway along the California Coast.
