A cosy private room in a recently remodeled 70 mq apartment, with a very warm atmosphere.
The flat is situated in a very quite area, just a few minutes walking from the train station and nearby the trade-fair district. Just 15 minutes walking from via Indipendenza, one of the main street of the city centre with monuments, shops and restaurants. The University district is also very near, with its typical bohemian atmosphere.
The bus stop is at 1 block from home.
From the airport you can take the airbus to the train station and from there walk or take bus n. 25.
English, Spanish and French are spoken. All sort of turistic information can be provided and if you wish I can help you planning your visit in town.
As I work all day, on week-days you won't be able to check-in before 7.30 pm, but I'll be glad to suggest you a few places where you can spend some time while waiting.
On request you can also have:
- organic breakfast with milk, the, coffee, homemade plumcake, bread and jam
- a delicious Italian meal
-an Italian meal class!
Very clean, quiet, well-illuminated and spacious room, which is in turn embedded in a cozy apartment. The neighborhood looked nice, calm and well-connected to the city centre, with grocery stores particularly comfortable (few tens meter faraway). I find this room ideal to all those who would like either visit Bologna's down town (truly at walkable distance), or travel around the region (the main train station Bologna Centrale is a step's thrown the room), or attend the famous exhibition taking place at Bologna Fiere (just around the corner), staying however in a peaceful place.
The apartment is fully furnished, with all things you might need. Nevertheless, Serena seems always happy to help you out in anyway, suggesting everytime the best option available for your necessities. She is very friendly, avaiiable and nice, as well as a dynamic person and resourceful.
Finally, I have spent nearly a week in her's place, and I have definitely had great and enjoyable time, by deserving, in my opinion, the full grade possible as host.
Thank you Serena!
Serena is very friendly and helpful. Her apartment is very cosy and peaceful. It is a great place to come back to after a long day out...
Serena is very a pleasant person and she gives the guest much privacy. I totally felt at home right from the beginning. The room is large, quiet and very clean. In every aspect it was a great stay and I'll come again next time.
I spent only one night in Serena's place, but I felt very confortable, the house was very clean, nice and expected. Serena is a polite and nice person, I'd stay there again!
Serena is a friendly host. Her cozy apartment is 15 minutes from the train station. If you are looking for a quiet and clean place to sleep , this is a very good option.
Serena is lovely and her house gorgeous! I really enjoyed my time with her and I felt at home!
I stayed at Serena's place for 5 days while working at an Automotive fair in Bologna. The location is perfect for those who need to reach the fair area (from piazza dell'Unità by bus 35 or 35/ in max. 10 mins or on foot in 15 mins) and also to reach the downtown (by bus or on foot). Serena is very nice, quiet and respectful and extremely interesting and friendly. Her apartment is cosy, tidy and clean. I had a great time there and I warmly recommend her as a host.
Hi, I stayed in the pleasant and pretty Serena's house for a week, and my opinion is positive, because Serena is a good and kind person. She gave me some useful information about Bologna city. The room given to me was pretty basic, the bed is very comfortable, and the quality of sleep is very good because there isn't noise during the night. For arrive at the Bologna Station and city center you need to take buses number ''25'' and ''27''.
Serena was a great host and made me feel very welcome in her apartment.
This was my first Airbnb experience, and I could not have asked for a better one. Serena's flat in Bologna was clean, quiet, and cozy. My room was wonderful with a desk and comfy bed. I could easily walk to the Fair grounds and into town, or I could take a bus. Serena was very kind and helped me to figure out the buses and she left me some tea and breakfast each morning. I come to Bologna every March, and I’m so glad I stayed with Serena instead of getting a hotel this time.
