About this listing
The apartment is in the heart of San Sebastian's old town, just a few steps to all the best restaurants and only 5-10 mins from both beaches. We have 2 big rooms with 1 double bed each with balconies in both, and a spacious lounge/dining room ;)
We are in the very centre of the old town so you can walk everywhere in a matter of minutes! The apartment is open, airy and well illuminated.
The price you see here is per night, per 1 room, and fits 2 people. If you're a party of 3 or 4 you will have to rent the second room to fit your group
Bedrooms are private but besides that all else is common space.
Parte vieja (the old town) is the main attraction of San Sebastian and we live in the middle of it! You can hold your breath and pass a dozen restaurants & bars!!
On foot or by bike is the best way to see San Sebastian. However if you want, you have both buses and taxi's only a few steps away.
No smoking, no pets, no kids (OK just kidding about the kids) but no parties. The house is for chilling and sleeping- you have all the party you can handle out the front door!
It was so nice! Alex is very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable in her house. It's in het middle of the city centre so everything is right around the corner. All perfect for a stay in san sebastian and if we come back, we stay at Alexs place again!
Alex was extremely welcoming and friendly. She made sure ahead of our trip that we knew exactly where the apartment was and how to get there, and found out our arrival time so she could be there to meet us. The location of this apartment is amazing - right amongst the buzzy old town. Alex gave us some great recommendations - fantastic pintos bars and amazing cafes. I highly recommend following her tips!

We had an amazing stay at Alex's. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming and we immediately felt comfortable in her home. The apartment was in a great location, in the middle of all of the exciting things happening in San Sebastian, including bars, restaurants, and clubs. It was also a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend the apartment and would stay there again!
We had such a great time in San Sebastián with thanks to Alex! Her guide to San Sebastián is well worth a read and helped us get to some great places for food! We only had a short stay, and wished we could stay longer! Alex has an amazing apartment and a beautiful personality.. It makes it hard to leave so beware! Great location, can't rave about it enough :)

About the Host, Alex
I'm a big fan of the surf, photography and arts, languages and traveling, etc. I'm a freelance photographer and I travel a lot looking to meet people from other countries and cultures while I document their moments and adventures.
It's been a couple of years since I fell in love with surfing, that's why I'm always looking for surf destinations to go to.
About San Sebastian?
We live in this very charming little city part of the "Basque Country". The Basque Country is really beautiful with tremendous natural sceneries, good surf and some of the world's finest cuisine.
If you come to stay with me, I can definitively recommend a lot of interesting things to do. We're also just 20 minutes to France, 45 minutes to Biarritz and only an hour to Bilbao. Check out the pictures I upload to the surroundings, and you'll get a glance about the beauty I'm talking about ;)
Thank you. Gracias. Merci. Obrigada. Grazie!
