The house has 2 terraces exposed South and West. Enclosed land.

Ground floor :
We have a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and living room and dining room as a library that will please both children and adults. Separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed and a wood stove. On the ground floor is also a separate bedroom with a bed (140 * 200) with an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. The house also includes a kitchen back. Attached, another room has a washing machine, a dryer, ironing board and iron. We also have a carport and private parking (all for 2 cars).

First floor :
It includes a bedroom with 2 beds of 140 * 190 and 90 * 190.
A second bedroom with a bed 140 * 190.
Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower and double sinks and a separate toilet.

Optional :
- Bed linen and towels can be rented (30 € per room)

On the terraces we also have a garden for 8 prs and 2 sun loungers and a large parasol.

Hi, Do not hesitate to contact us, we will answer your questions very quickly. We built this home above all to enjoy it ourselves and share it with the family. We love Trebeurden and its beaches, its islands. We love the sea where we swim all year round. This home is to our liking. We have furnished and equipped it with quality equipment so that it is pleasant for us but also for you who want to come! The house is very close to the sea (0.6km). We walk there by the coastal paths. The neighborhood is quiet. The intermarket is 200m away. Children can play in peace outside the house as the garden is enclosed. Board games are also available in the library as well as a large number of books for the whole family! I look forward to meeting you on Trébeurden. See you very soon Denise and Daniel
