A place guests keep coming back to

Guests describe it as clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with many returning for repeat stays
Experience West Sedona from this charming guest house surrounded by the reds, blues, and greens of the Southwest. Catch glimpses of Thunder Mtn and Chimney Rock from the main living area and the 2 outdoor Adirondack chairs.

Our Casita is a 470 sq ft space, but it packs a punch. The space is cleaned with non-toxic cleaners. Organic coffee is provided, with different ways to prepare the brew. We have filtered Reverse Osmosis water at the kitchen sink. This is a low EMF environment to boot.

The space
The Casita along with our family home was built in February 2017. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized natural latex mattress wrapped in organic cotton with a latex topper and cotton cover. The living room has a pull out queen sleeper that can sleep two kids. The Casita has high ceilings and a lot of natural light.

We offer our guests organic ground coffee. Pouring the best cup of coffee is important to us as travelers so we offer our guests four ways to make coffee: electric drip, pour over, french press, or bialetti drip. You have the option of making a meal in the casita, as it's fully equipped. We offer reverse osmosis filtered water, which is great to fill the Camelbaks for your day trip to the trails. The washer/dryer comes in handy for longer stays. We have a gas barbeque grill outside for guests to use as well. We have full sized range with stove top and oven, as well as Pyrex dishes for reheating food…better than a microwave!

We have two yoga mats in the Casita for your yoga use if you want to do a flow in the Casita or take a class at a studio.

Our casita is cleaned with non-toxic, natural cleaners (vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, BonAmi), and the bedding is washed in Thrive Market Free & Clear powder. The structure was built in 2017 and has modern finishes and a metal roof.

Guest access
Walking from your front door you can be on the National Forest Service Trailhead "Airport Loop" in 3 minutes. Airport Loop connects to over 50 miles of other hiking/biking trails and provides some of the most scenic panoramic views in town. Our location allows you to slip over to Whole Foods Market for supplies in a 5 minute walk, where they have organic smoothies, coffee, and even local craft beer. A 5-10 minute ride/walk will place you place you at one of several restaurants including: Mariposa Latin Grill, Picazzo's Pizzeria, ChocolaTree Eatery, Hiro's Sushi, India Palace, Coffee Pot Restaurant, or Pisa Lisa.

Our FAVORITE place for breakfast and lunch is Indian Gardens Oak Creek Market, which is a short drive up 89A past Uptown. If you love organic juices, smoothies, and coffee drinks, try Local Juicery, which is a short drive down 89A on the right before you cross Dry Creek Road. Additional lunch and dinner options that we enjoy are The Hudson, Dellepiane Burgers, and Thai Spices.

Other things to note
We live on property with our family, so we are typically around the property enjoying our gated backyard and the Sedona lifestyle.

Jessica and I have resided full-time in Sedona, Arizona for the past 16 years, and part-time in Duck Creek Village, Utah for the last five years. We are lovers of the outdoors, and enjoy connecting with good people. We are the owners and operators of our two non-toxic/naturally cleaned Airbnbs. So, take comfort in knowing that you are supporting a consciously-run mom-and-pop enterprise.
