A large executive, spacious apartment located in a historically listed building just minutes walk away from the city centre.

Perfect for couples & larger groups looking to make the most of everything Wellington has to offer. A 5 minute walk will see you on Cuba Street – the very heart of Wellingtons cafe and coffee culture. From here, the rest of the city is at your fingertips.

The space
The 135 square meter, two-level, loft-style apartment features open plan living / dining on the lower level and is flooded with natural light through 3-metre high double glazed windows. Adjacent to the living / dining area is the large master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom.

The upper level offers another three bedrooms – two doubles and one single, and a second bathroom complete with bath. The internal bedroom windows are set back from the main external windows to allow privacy whilst still ensuring maximum daylight.

The apartment is contemporary, highly spec'd and provides an ambiance that only a small number of inner city apartments can achieve. It comes complete with Wifi, Netflix, washing machine, dryer and a kitchen well stocked with all the necessities required for a short term stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

The highly spec'd double glazing ensures that the apartment is warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and blocks out almost all the street noise from Willis Street below.

A portacot is also available on request.

Initial access into the apartment is via a lock box. Once inside the whole apartment is accessible.

Te Aro is a vibrant area located in the central city. There’s something for everyone nearby. Lambton Quay, Cuba Street, great cafes, restaurants and shopping are all within a 10 minute walk. A further 5 minutes will see you down on the waterfront with access to Te Papa, the Cable Car, various art galleries and Oriental Parade – all essential stops during a stay in Wellington!

For those looking to reach further afield there is a bus-stop almost outside the front door of the apartment building which connects directly to the Train Station and Westpac Stadium via Lambton Quay.
