The holiday cottage at Lønstrup is an older well-maintained cozy and tastefully furnished cottage, located on a large south-westerly inclined natural plot, with large trees around it that provide a good shelter for the west wind and at the same time provide many good games opportunities for children.
The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature of the North Sea. Close to the cottage you can walk off a small path over the dune to the North Sea. It takes about 10 minutes, which consists of some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The nature around Lønstrup and Løkken is characterized by the alternating coastline with the most beautiful sunsets and the most pleasant summer days when the beach is filled with happy bathers. It is a special geological area around Rubjerg Knude. Rubjerg Knude is the highest and most significant part of the 13 km long coastline between Lønstrup and Løkken. Rubjerg Knude consists of numerous steep layers of clay and sand. When the ice came down from Norway about 28000 years ago, it first deposited a clay layer and then a sand layer in front of it. As the ice continued south, it pushed up the frozen layers in sloped flakes, as can be seen today in the cliff at Rubjerg Knude.
The cliff is undergoing continuous degradation with well over one meter per year on average. Very dramatically, this is seen at Mårup Church and Nørre Lyngby. Coastal degradation is constantly producing new cross-sections of the soil layers, exposing periodically traces of former inhabitants of the area.
