You are welcome to stay in this large, earthy studio south of Prospect Park. The studio is 2 blocks from the Church Avenue stop on the B/Q train and 30 minutes on the train into Manhattan.
The space is big, airy, and has an earthy feel, with wood floors and wicker chairs. The studio is fully private and is located within a medium-sized apartment building. There is one large room with bed, futon, air bed, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen and bathroom are within the studio apartment in separate rooms.
Guests have the full studio apartment, with private kitchen and bathroom, to themselves.
For sleeping accommodations, there is a queen-sized bed and a fold-out futon. The bed is very comfortable. The futon is old and worn. There is also an air bed available.

The apartment is 2 blocks from the B/Q trains at Church Avenue, and accessible by multiple bus lines.
Street parking is limited in this dense neighborhood. Guests who drive in should expect that they may need to pay for parking in a garage.

The nearest wifi is at Dunkin Donuts, a couple of blocks away.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, please. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Please keep noise levels moderate as the apartment is within a residential apartment building.
Even though we didnt get to know Sara, the whole process was very easy and worked perfectly. We arrived and the place looked great, as we expected. Good location as it is very close to the subway, which takes you pretty quickly to Manhattan.
Overall a very good experience.
The studio is nice and spacious, and very close to the subway. Sara was attentive and the comunication perfect! Thanks to her friend Becky!
This was a great experience. The studio is adorable and very spacious, in a very convenient location. Sara was incredibly attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed and that someone was able to meet me despite my delayed flight and an arrival close to 1 am. She even left me breakfast and coffee!
Sara was very welcomed and very patient with me and my friends. The place look exactly alike in the picture. Our stay was marvelous. I would probably booked there again when I visit to NYC.
Sara was a fantastic host. She made absolutely sure that our arrival was convenient for us and kept in touch to make the departure smooth as well. The apartment is extremely pleasant. We hit a brief heat wave and the apartment was cool and breezy because of the wonderful windows (and the fan helped). So quiet and peaceful - nothing better to come back to after a day in the city. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. I found street parking without much trouble + drove into Manhattan very quickly. The subway is around the corner, too. Good choice!
We enjoyed our brief contact with Sara and thank her for the convenience and ample size of her accommodation. We were particularly impressed with how quiet the apartment was which contributed to our nights of good sleep right in the middle of Brooklyn! We were close to the metro. We enjoyed the cosmopolitan nature of the neighborhood.
