A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town.
Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible.
You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage.
There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

This is a quiet neighborhood close to everything.
We live right behind the house which makes it easy for us to accommodate any needs that may arise.
The house is virtually brand new and has all of the amenities to make you feel at home.
It's a "cozy" 500 sq. ft.
The bedroom has a queen size pillow top mattress and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The cottage also has new
central a/c. Both the bedroom and living room have 50in. flat screen TV's.
The grocery store is a quick 5 min. drive. Grab some supplies and make yourself at home.
We are here for you if you need anything!
