  • It was very nice at Josh's place. My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. Josh was always there to help out (with the washing machine, tipps about the best restaurants in the neighbourhood or places to avoid because of the tourists). The room is exactly like on the pictures. We could check in early in the morning and leave late in the afternoon. Not complicated at all. When we left, Josh called us a taxi and let us print our boarding passes. Perfect! I'd go there again.

  • We had a wonderfull stay at Johns place. The place is very very nice. Everything is clean and the bed is great. Unfortunately we didn't meet John, but everything was perfect organised.
The place is just a 2min walk from the Q-Trainstation away. Also there are good restaurants in this safe and quiet are.
We can highly recommend this place!!

  • My parents had a great stay in the apartment. A wonderful host who met us when one of our party locked themselves out, and continued to be helpful even when he was traveling out of the city. The place is super cozy and the neighborhood can't be beat: great restaurants and cafes...

  • "Spacious and art filled" is right! An absolutely great place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating, provided us with band-aids for our blisters from walking, and aspirin for our head ache from flying. I especially enjoyed the view from the window: seeing the firemen back up the huge ladder truck in a few seconds.

  • Needed to find a place to stay for 3 nights at the last minute - Josh was very nice and helpful. The room was in a great location, close to the Q train, which made my commute into Manhattan very easy! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
