GETTING TO THE APARTMENT REQUIRES WALKING DOWN STAIRS (2 stories) even though the photos indicates that the apartment is on the ground floor. Please know in advance that the suite is fully renovated but in an old building. The hallway is not in good condition but the apartment itself is clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and in an amazing location! The shower and bathtub are traditional Japanese style(the bathtub is small and the shower is design to shower out side the tub).
We hope you enjoy your stay!

The flat location was very convenient with Roppongi station within 10mn by walk.
The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful so you don't have to worry about your sleep at night especially after a long day visiting the city.
Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with very clear directions.
A positive experience to recommend!
Very functional flat in a calm and central neighbourhood. All was made very convenient by the host (mobile wifi, appliances, towels, blankets, appliances, comfortable beds) although we had some imprecisions at check-in.
It was winter but the little terrace/yard looks nice for summer days. Plenty of sun. Would use again.
The apartment was nice and clean in a very convenient location. The directions were a little vague, but it was easy to find. It was big enough to sleep all four of us very comfortably. I would stay there again.
There are certain pros and cons for the place we stayed in, so I will just try to wrap it up:
Pros: Great neighbourhood. Location is one of the most pleasant districts of Tokyo.
The apartment is small, though it has all necessary equipment.
Cons: Although I understand it was a last-minute booking, the apartment we got was changed from the one we initially wanted to book. And the new one was in a poorer technical condition (we had problems with water coming from neighbours). The host was out of town, so it made us a bit difficult to communicate.
The overall experience was quite good, I suppose that Jennifer will definitely improve the apartment's condition and it would become a perfect place for 2 people to stay in Tokyo.
Jennifer was an amazing and attentive host! Her instructions were perfect and we had no issues finding the place and the apartment itself was lovely and clean, and in a really nice and upmarket area of Tokyo. You could hardly believe you were still in the same city! There are heaps of great restaurants around including a fantastic Yakiniku place which, as someone who has lived in Japan, is one of the best I've ever had! They also had a decent list of non-meat items for those who are vegetarian. There was also a really nice and cheap pizza place around the corner that catered well to non-Japanese speakers such as my travelling companions. The pocket wifi was a great addition and we used it regularly. The only issue we had with it was that it kept dropping out, but nothing that a quick reset didn't fix! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience Tokyo in the comfort of a home.
Jennifer was very helpful and was quick to help us out at the last minute. The apartment was in a great location and everything about the place was nice. Recommend to stay in for sure.
The apartment is good, very clean and comfortable, fresh towels and linen and provided, the kitchen is well equipped with a nice table to eat breakfast at. The bathroom is on the small side (normal for Japan) but the shower is good and powerful. The double bed was very comfortable my friend assured me the sofa bed was adequate.
The location is good and a very nice area of Roppongi. There are lots of shops and restaurants just down the street and also a post office with an ATM.
Communication with Jennifer was good and she answered all my messages quickly.
Personally I don't feel that the images give quite the right impression of the place. Its as light and spacious feelings in reality.
As with most of my other experiences with Airbnb in Japan, this isn't / doesn't feel like someones actual home.
