No smoking in the house. If you want to smoke please do so on the balcony with the door closed. Thanks! :)
Nice place in a great location and reasonably well equipped. The hosts was responsive (via her cleaner) to deliver some items that were missing/needed. Unfortunately, the parking was not 'arranged' as previously agreed with the host so we were left fighting for visitor spots which were frequently all taken up and we had to park somewhere else. Otherwise all good.
All was chill with Eva. Access and communications were smooth and fun even. I actually burnt the Sh*t out one of Eva's lovely pots by oopsy and she was very appropriate while being totally cool about it. I offered compensation and she was very great in communicating positively to a no drama's respectful resolution. ( I was impressed.) [Also here smoke alarms are DEFINITELY working.] Overall, The place works great for me as the upstairs and the downstairs afford more privacy. And for my project - a fabulous location. Thanks Eva for my fanastic ( and a bit exciting) time there.
Great apartment close to the city. Very easy to get keys. Would definitely book again!
Lovely flat, well described by Eva! The flat has everything you need. Very quite neighbourhood, but by bus very close to CBD. Shops and restaurants around. Everything from the booking to check out worked out smooth and very well organised! We will come again when we are in Sydney the next time!
The apartment was in a great location for our family. We walked around the university, to the fish market and into the city quite easily. However, we had a few hiccups with the unit. Upon arrival we noticed dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty and the floors were dusty. We used the dishwasher that night and a big pool of water leaked onto the kitchen floor. After using the upstairs bath for the first time the faucet would not close and water constantly dripped out. As well, there were cockroaches roaming around. All of these issues were brought up with Eva and she addressed all of our concerns quickly. Her handyman came to the apartment the next day, however he could not fix the upstairs faucet. There was no allocated parking space for the unit and we had to rely on visitors or street parking.
Very joyful stay The location is so convenient and the host Eva has been extremely helpful , responsive and friendly which made us feel so welcome. Will book her place again when come back !!!
