Great location near the university, near plenty of great food and public transit. Slept three of us very comfortably. As other reviewers have noted - the apartment is (as advertised) older and has some quaint quirks (the floor is not always even)! Overall, a charming place to stay.

This convenient location is perfect for UW or just getting away. The building itself is a great example of the brick utilized years ago with old-fashioned charm. The apartment space is roomy and comfy. I loved the fact that it was a corner apartment with lots of light and air. The garbage pickup in early morning, 3:30 AM, in the alley below, caused quite a lot of noise which woke me up. The shops and restaurants were within strolling distance and great. Sheldon was quick to respond and I felt that the space was just what we were looking for, just didn't last long enough. Maybe next time.

From the carpet stains to the lack of screens in open windows and the water added to shampoo and soap bottles instead of replacing them, this place was mediocre at best. Convenient location for where we needed to be but the street was not very safe. I would not feel comfortable staying here alone.

This place is amazing! It is so close to everything and has so much to offer. There are very many restaurants to choose from, so many shopping areas and located minutes away from all major attractions. Uber, lyft and the bus/rail system is located very near by and takes less than a few minutes which is very convenient. The apartment is very close to the University of Washington since you're staying in University town & there is an amazing canoeing place I definitely recommend! I would definitely stay in this amazing comfy apartment again & would recommend anyone else considering it, too! You can not get more for your buck compared to an actual hotel & their prices!

Hi there! My name is Shel and I am in the beautiful Pacific Northwest I heard about Airbnb through many of my friends and all of there experiences have been positive, so I figured I would jump on the band wagon.

I will be travelling to different parts of the world (Italy, Ireland, New York City and Hawaii) with my job over the next year and our beautiful apartment, one block from UW in Seattle, will be empty. We felt like it was such a shame to see it empty and none of our friends and family were available to use our space, so we figured we would try Airbnb!

I absolutely love what Seattle has to offer. I love the hikes, consistent fresh air and unbelievable scenery.

I play softball, and do so competitively nationwide, I am very active and love exploring new places in the city and surroundings.

Personally, 5 things I can't live without... sunshine, friends, community, great food and sports. I actually hold activities for the #2 food group (Seattle True Foodies) in the nation. I am also the secretary of the Seahawks Tailgate Crew. Rent my place and you will be my guest at our party. Help up save for a place of our own. I absolutely love life!

Well, that's me!
