The space
Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, this spacious 400sqft studio provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 2 beds (queen + couch bed), this property sleeps 4 comfortably. Here is what the studio includes:

Living Room:
•Full sized sofa
•Flat screen TV equipped with Apple TV/Hulu Live TV Amazon, Netflix, and more
•DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment

Kitchen:
• Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances
• Dinner ware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, and everything else for making a meal
• Coffee maker with complimentary coffee

Bedroom:
• Comfortable Queen bed with luxurious linens
• Closet for storage of your luggage and clothes

Bathroom:
• Completely equipped with towels and washrags including soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Extras:
• WiFi Access (300MB)
• Storage box for beach equipment
• Beach equipment including: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, and a beach wagon to transport it all

The kitchen is now equipped with an Amazon Alexa for your convenience. You are welcome to unplug if you don't like these devices. The video function is globally disabled.

Guests have have access to entire studio, which is attached to a house. The studio has its own entrance.

Other things to note
Guests can park 1 car in the driveway.

Pets are permitted with prior approval and pet fee. Animals must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage from your pets is your responsibility to the full extent of the damage.

This studio is attached to a house, which means a shared wall. As this home was built in the 1960s without sound proofing and there is a door (locked) between them, there will be some noise leak through, like in a hotel. During night time hours this should not be a problem, but if you are very sensitive to noise this may not be the rental for you! There is a "no excessive noise" policy after 10PM for our house and the city itself.
