This condo has that Ah yeah feel from the moment you walk through the door. Beautifully decorated, recently remodeled, and wonderfully equipped. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full-size bunk bed. One beautiful bath, along with a quarter bath in the hallway. A quarter bath is a vanity; there is only one shower and one toilet in the unit.

Guest interaction is limited, but we are always here to help if you have a problem. We don't have a check-in or check-out; you will go straight to the unit and let yourself in using the lock box code.
The town of Breckenridge is served by the Free Ride shuttle, and the entire county is served by the Summit Stage free shuttle buses. There's a shuttle stop right on the corner!

The bed breakdown is as follows:
Second bedroom: full bunks
Sofa bed in living room: full
USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 6 persons.
PARKING. Tenant understands that there is sufficient off-street parking sufficient parking for one vehicle. A single parking permit will be provided by ASA for Tenant’s use. Parking permit is required for parking in spots next to the building. Loss of parking permit or failure to leave parking permit in unit upon departure will result in an immediate $75 replacement fee. The replacement fee will be refunded when the permit is received by ASA, as long as it is within 5 days of the departure date.
PARTIES. No parties shall be held on the premises without the prior written consent of ASA. No more than 8 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.
ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of ASA.
SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.
MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was great to be able to make our own breakfasts and other meals in the well stocked kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient to both the Breckenridge Nordic Center where we did some x-country skiing and snow shoeing and the Peak 8 Lodge where we did some down hill skiing. I would definately recommend this place to any family interested in a Breckenridge vacation, especially if they like to make a few of their own meals.
Great Location!!!! Walking distance to the lift or a short walk to the bus. Spa was great after a day of skiing. I highly recommend this condo. Very clean and provided every thing you will need for a getaway.
This was a fabulous condo!! great location right near the Nordic center and near the gondola back into town from Peak 8. Shuttle just a short walk away to the slopes.
Everything was clean - kitchen well-stocked so it was a pleasure to cook there. We even had access to a hot tub in the next building - what a treat! We will definitely stay here again.
