We were up for snowboarding and had a great experience! Good location near the free bus ride. The bus picks you up across the street. It comes every 15 minutes and is very convenient. The condo had all the necessities, enough towels, plenty of kitchen appliances/utensils/dishes and was quite comfortable. It is a short drive down to the grocery store or to Main Street if you don't want to take the bus. All in all, a great condo, great location and great experience.

Convenient location for skiing. Free bus stop to the bases of Peak 8 & 7 on the other side of the street. Beds confortable, decor a bit outdated. Heat is pretty slow so do not play too much with the thermostat. WiFi was very very slow, almost no internet at all. It's a comfy appartment, the good place to rest after a day of skiing.

Response from Mark:
Thanks for the review, and thanks for staying with us. I know you tried to be honest and I appreciate that, but allow me to address a few things. Upon receiving this review yesterday, I personally went to the unit and tested the wi-fi speed on my phone. The result: 11.43 Mbps down and 3.90 Mbps up. That's twice as fast as what I have in my house, and I have no problem watching two streaming movies at the same time at home. I understand that you may be spoiled with fiber optic internet at home, but to say that 11.43 Mbps is very very slow is not accurate for 99.9% of the world. On the other hand, it's possible that the guest after you fixed it by resetting the router (unplugging it and plugging it back in). To all future guests: if you have a problem, please give us a chance to fix it before you post a negative comment about it online. With respect to the decor being outdated, I would encourage anyone considering renting this unit (or any unit) to look at the pictures. If you don't like the decor and feel that it would contribute negatively to your stay, then this might not be the unit for you. The owner and many of our guests happen to like the decor. Just by reading this review, I can tell you have forced air heat at home. Forced air is convenient because you can constantly move the temp up and down, and it's very responsive. The problem with forced air is that it dries the air out and makes you uncomfortable. This unit has baseboard heat, which is a little slower but much more comfortable than forced air. You are correct; your best bet is to set the thermostat where you like it, then leave it alone.

Great location. Photos were very accurate, if anything the space felt bigger than the pictures show, especially the bedrooms. Provided a great spot for our friends to enjoy Breckenridge.
